We had a new condensing boiler and an additional radiator installed . I contacted the trader on Tuesday afternoon who arranged a survey visit on Wednesday , provided a quotation that evening and fitted the boiler on Friday completing the installation on Monday . I was contacted on a regular basis throughout the process . The 2 engineers were very efficient and capable being very pleasant workmen to have in the house .They explained how everything worked and answered all our questions . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

The guys at Edinburgh Lothian and Gas done a brilliant job of a Heatpump and water cylinder for me. They were very friendly and happy to explain any questions that I had. Andrew and Ross did a wonderful job of installing my new boiler.

The service and end product was exactly as they said it would be when quoting for the job – and the whole installation process was excellent from start to finish, without any hiccups.

They were polite, respectful of my home, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made the process smooth and pain-free.

More generally, I have asked Andrew and Ross to help me several times with jobs around the home, and each time they have quickly fixed the problem.

In addition, I find them to be entirely trustworthy, so I always feel I’m in safe hands and able to relax – which is not something I’ve always been able to say in the past!

Work was done on time, planned in advance no Hicups advice on the Boiler work was great, told any problems they will be avaliable and showed us how to work the techinal bits in 'laymans terms'

We had our boiler replaced - this was a planned replacement after our old one became unreliable. We cannot fault the work of Edinburgh Gas and a renewables at all - Andrew, Steven and Ross are all experienced gas fitters and genuinely nice people. During Andrew's first visit we were impressed with his attention to detail. He clearly listened to our queries and fully explained our options.

Ross and Stephen(?) did a great job with the installation, especially given a couple of 'obstacles' they had to find solutions for. They were polite and friendly throughout, although the jury's out on Ross's singing efforts (good to see a man enjoying his work!).
