I bought a new laptop and had all the information on my old one transferred. Trader was very helpful and quick. He is also very good on after sales service.

Andy has helped keep my PCs running at peak performance for years, most recently adding a new Hard drive and a Wifi adapter. When it comes to replacing my existing kit I will have no reservations in getting him to build for me. His work is excellent value for money, he gets jobs done quickly and is always happy to provide honest advise.

Easy PC built my current desktop PC and after9 years I am still very pleased with it.
They are very helpful when a problem occurs and any repairs are expeditiously done to a high standard.
Recently I needed old floppy discs and CDs looked at to recover files. This too was quickly performed to my satisfaction and my rating of "value for money" says it all.

Bought a replacement power adapter for my laptop. The previous replacement was bought over the internet and failed after the first use and may have been dangerous. I have also had other repairs and updates in the past - always receiving a first rate service.

I required my printer to be linked up to my laptop, contacted Easy PC and this was done to my complete satisfaction.

We use Easy PC fast easy and reliable and nothing is any trouble.

Andy had built a new PC for us some years ago which was long overdue for a health check and update. Some apps were really out of date such as Outlook 2010! We opted for a completely new PC and being non-techies ourselves, we were reliant on Andy's advice about what we did and didn't need. We were also planning to change our e-mail provider and Andy was really helpful in setting up a new provider and explaining how everything would work. Our new custom built PC and a health check/ upgrade to our laptop were completed on time and we're delighted with the results. We now have a fully up to date office system that even talks to our previously erratic printer, thanks to Andy.

We've now been Easy PC customers for something like 10 years and we've always found Andy to be extremely patient, helpful and friendly and able to explain things in simple and clear terms. That's really important since we'd been nervous about losing data etc. and were struggling to understand how to update our home systems.

They were able to contact the manufacturer's repair specialists and arrange for the repair to be undertaken under guarantee. The company did live up to it's name - Easy PC or in this case laptop.

Over several years I've gone to Andy whenever I've had a problem or query with my PC or software. In fact I bought my current PC from him about 6 years ago. It's given me good service and is still going strong yet - so any occasional issues I've had to take to him over these years have usually been minor.
I certainly wouldn't go to anyone other than EasyPC, and I've had no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone else who's talked about having computer problems.

Difficulty accessing Internet on Windows 11 laptop. The problem was quickly resolved by Easy PC.

Fitting a new keyboard to a Dell laptop. Andy was very helpful, and when it failed (not his fault) just out of the 3 month guarantee period he managed to get a replacement from Dell and fit it free of charge.

Unlocked laptop and returned the same day.

I ASKED EASY PC FOR HELP WITH A PRODUCT THEY WOULD NOT, NORMALLY, HANDLE. WITH HARDLY A MOMENT’S HESITATION THEY AGREED TO GIVE IT A TRY, WORKED ON IT OVERNIGHT AND RETURNED IT IN PERFECT WORKING ORDER NEXT DAY. I HESITATE TO SAY THIS BECAUSE I’M SURE THEY WON’T ALWAYS BE ABLE TO HELP WITH EVERYTHING (NOBODY CAN). BUT IT SHOWS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THEY EXPECT OF THEMSELVES.

5 star rating all around. There is only one person I trusted to build my new rig knowing what it would cost and the quality of service and work I would insist upon being observed and maintained.

Andy goes above and beyond with ANY job but given he would have known my expectations - he still surpasses. I challenge you to find a system builder who puts as much care and time into every machine built, proper overnight testing, settling for nothing but optimal performance and ensuring every single component sings in harmony.

Imagine provided is the FINISHED build - all cables are fitted and mounted you just can't see them - see second image :)

For those who do not understand the importance here - cables and other obstacles in the central area of a system hinder airflow and consequently cooling - ideally the only obstacles should be the components requiring the cooling which you can clearly see is the case here.

There is a reason people come from afar to have machines built by EasyPC and long may it continue!!!

Replacement of an old lap top with a new one. Although we're pretty adept at using our home PC, lap top and printer for both business and personal use, we were slightly nervous about the change process, should we lose any data or have difficulty or delays in getting everything working again. Andy was excellent at reassuring us that the change would be straightforward and within 2 days of letting him have our old lap top he had transferred all of the data and network linkages to the new machine. It was just a case of plugging in the new lap top and connecting it to the printer and within a few minutes we had everything working perfectly, much to our relief. I had my laptop checked out as I was concerned about the noise it was making. I have used Easy PC before, they are my go-to for concerns and service of my laptop which I use for work. The laptop was checked over and cleaned and I had it back in no time. I can highly recommend Easy PC.

A fairly new laptop was very slow and therefore not used a lot because of this issue. A new hard drive was fitted after a consultation . Laptop is much more efficient and user friendly, money well spent. I will be using the refurbished laptop a lot more. The owner was friendly, professional, very efficient, all round fantastic service which is not the norm nowadays unfortunately.

I got him to install win10 on my development pc and to give it a mid-life boost and ‘MOT’. I could have done this easily myself but it was easier and far less stressful to get it done while I was travelling on business.

He did the job effectively and quickly, keeping me informed all the way. We hit the inevitable snags during the upgrade process but Andy worked hard to get me exactly what I needed.

I had a new PC supplied and installed, with security products.
It was all fitted very quickly and efficiently, and to date everything is working out fine. I'd used Easy PC before for problems I'd had with an old PC, and I'd certainly use them again in the future.

I got Easy PC to build me a custom build pc about 1 1/2 years ago and was well satisfied with the end build. However the ssd went faulty a couple of weeks ago and this was replaced under their 3 Year warranty with no problem.
Got the pc back and it is running perfect.
I would recommend Easy PC. Great value for money, customer service second to none and very knowledgable in their field.

My aging Alienware laptop was badly overheating and slowing down. It needed major tlc and this is when I found Andy at Easypc, Haddington.
He replaced the old hard drive with a new SSD, full back-up and reinstall of Windows 10 including the clearence of 8 1/2 years of dust clogging up her arteries deep within.

Wow, what can I say?? This lovely old machine has now got a new lease of life and I cannot thank you enough Andy for making this happen. An excellant service at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend you to anyone seaching for a similar need.

My old computer developed a fault in April 2016 and Andy took it away and reported that in view of its age it was not economical to repair.  He explained the various options available and advised that a new computer should be considered,and he advised accordingly.  He transferred all the data from the old computer and came back to my house to set up and explain the workings of the new computer.  On request, he returned on two occasions to fix a few setting-up problems.  I contacted Andy in September 2016 and asked that he could advise and sort out a few issues, which he did and charged
