Alex is friendly and helpful and clearly know his stuff! He arrived when he said he would to give a quote and then to do the job - cleaning carpets and a suite. He did a very good job and was cheaper than another quote we had.

Alex explained what he was doing when testing the carpet and furniture for cleaning. Arrived on time on the day was here for 4.5 hours. Was very pleasant and thorough in his work would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

Stair Carpet and landing cleaned and 4 rugs.
The trader came and assessed the job, tested the carpets for tolerance with the cleaning substance then gave me a written quote. There was no pressure on me to accept the quote, which I appreciated.
When I was happy to go ahead I was given a date and time and the Trader turned up on time.
I am very happy with the outcome. There was a choice of how to pay. I have been given a receipt. He even left me with a bottle of spot cleaner to maintain rugs. Very professional.
