Alex is so knowledgeable and experienced, I felt confident to go ahead with cleaning leather sofas, fabric chairs and rug. Excellent results. Alex was prompt, provided a competitive quote and followed up with appointment, arriving at the agreed time. He took real care for the items being cleaned and surrounding furniture and flooring.

A very trustworthy, efficient service. I required carpets to be cleaned quite quickly as my Dad was returning home after a long hospital stay. Alex came the next evening, he understood my dilemma.
Arrived punctually and did a great job. Great customer service with a really pleasant and friendly approach. He obviously loves what he does and he does it well. So good to get a job done by a tradesman who actually cares about his customers. Worth every penny of a really fair price. Would definitely recommend.

A & K Cleaning Services have really brought my 3-piece suite back to life - a fantastic result. Alex was prompt in answering emails providing a totally obligation free quotation without any "sales pitch" on an initial inspection. He arrived on time on the agreed date for cleaning and got straight to work. Alex believes in quality work and total customer satisfaction which was evident throughout conversation. Considering the time spent working on the 3-piece suite - great value for money too. I'm really pleased with the results and would have no hesitation in recommending A & K Cleaning Services to others.

Alex was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing while testing the carpet and furniture. He arrived on time on the day specified and it took him 4 1/2 hours to complete the task. He was very thorough and left me a bottle of cleaning solution for any future marks on the carpet or furniture. Would certainly recommend him for future work.

I have used A & K Cleaning Services several times. Alex is very reliable, he is very busy, but comes on the day and time arranged, having confirmed the night before. He is very thorough and does a great job of cleaning dirty carpets. No mess and everything left very tidy on departure.
