I had a bedroom carpet cleaned-with two bad stains which I thought had little chance of coming out.
Alex agreed to try to remove the stains and if successful, would clean the rest of the carpet. If he couldn’t remove the stains, there would be no charge. I thought that was very fair.
He did indeed get the stains out with his amazing machine, and then cleaned the whole carpet. What an amazing job! The carpet looks as good as new and smells so fresh.
What a great service-professional, friendly and very fairly priced.
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending A & K Cleaning Services. I will now never use any other cleaning company!

This is the second time I have used this company. Previously I had a sofa cleaned, today it was rugs. Alex offers a good service. He takes pride in his profession and is very knowledgeable & gives good advice. My rugs look great!

We had a rug cleaned. Alex came to see what all was entailed inorder to give a quote. Response was quick, Alex was friendly and professional (wore cover over his own shoes on entering the house). Explained fully what he was going to do and gave a reasonable price. Value for money. Rug turned out well. Pleased all round with service, price and finished result.

Alex cleaned my stair and bedroom carpet. An excellent service was provided by Alex from the day he provided the free quotation to the carrying out of the work itself. I found he was very professional and also took the time and interest to have a chat. All in all great work as the carpets have came up great and I would definitely use Alex again or recommend him to others. Thanks again Alex.

Alex was very friendly and professional from our first meeting to carry out testing and provide a quote to completion of works.
He arrived each time when he said he would.
I felt comfortable with him around my home. He was also very respectful of me and my home and he really cared and seemed to actually enjoy his work. A real gent.
