Extremely efficient team of roofers completed the work very promptly, successfully and tidily….I wished the work done for 2 reasons
Firstly to improve the safety of my roof during storms .
And secondly to remove the convenient place for the local seagulls to build a nest or to perch on and waken me up most mornings at dawn by their horrendous squawking .
Both of these aims were successfully fulfilled by Colin and his team at a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them as Trusted Traders.

This is the third time I have used Burnside Roofing, this time for a full roof replacement. I have absolutely no complaints, the team worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day and a full clear up at the end of the job. Colin kept me fully appraised along the way which was very reassuring.

I contacted Colin about a water leak coming through our bedroom ceiling, asked for a quote for a replacement of the whole roof he checked it out and showed me the fault, and advised me to fix the issue rather than a roof replacement, he carried out the work in a fast and professional manner, even after the last two storms no leaks would refer him if I need him again.

Had a leak and Colin was quick to give me a quote and work was carried out in a very good time frame.
Unfortunately the problem persisted and Colin came straight back the next morning to have another look.
I fully appreciate that some leaks are very difficult to find but the difference is I don’t feel abandoned.
In the past I had a leak that couldn’t be fixed and had multiple people who would try once and then wash their hands of it.
Colin has been very reassuring that I contact him if there are any further issues.
As always the work done has been carried out to a high standard and not a scrap of mess to be seen.

Roof leak following the incessant rain, arrived as arranged and the repair was carried out there and then.
Colin was very honest with what needed to be done and even showed a phone picture of the damage.
Definitely recommended and will use again.

Having had a problematic leak for several years, with various roofers trying to locate the issue in the past, Burnside Roofing came to assess the property and laid out a plan of action with us as part of the initial estimate. After confirmation that we had approved the estimate, we were regularly kept informed as to when the team might start work.

During the first day or so, Burnside Roofing set up scaffolding and began repairs. These were more extensive than initially thought and Colin kept us informed at every step about issues discovered (with photos) and the expected additional costs.

The team were courteous, tidy and efficient and communication was exemplary, at no point were we left in any doubt about work being carried out or when the team were next arriving. Photos of work carried out were shown to us on several occasions, and even as a layperson, I was able to see the quality of the work completed.
We still need to see if the repairs have solved our problem, but I have every confidence that the thorough work and attention to detail given by Colin and his team will have done the trick. In addition, we already have a plan of action agreed going forward, should the repairs fail to resolve the leak and we are left in no doubt as to whether Burnside Roofing would be available to come back to us should we require this.

We own a semi detached property sobit was important to us for our neighbour to feel they understood the work taking place, in this case a chimney removal.

The actual job was remarkably completed in one day and you would not have known they had been at times working within our property, it was left spotless....not bad when one considers a log burner needed to be removed and subsequently re fitted. Our other neighbours made a point of stating how impressed they had been with both the speed and also the tidy way in which Colin and his team worked.

Colin is a gentleman and his guys are real grafters. They fitted us in for work during wet, windy and cold weather and worked non stop from the minute they arrived.
