A leak appeared on my flat roof over my lounge, I called Burnside Roofing and the owner came out that day to assess the damage, gave me an estimate for the work required to stop the leak. He arranged to call the following day and carry out the necessary work to the roof. Excellent service and quality repair carried out to my satisfaction

After waiting many months and being let down many times we saw Burnside Roofing in the Stewarton Advisor. Within days of contacting them through an easy on line process we had a response and despite this busy period, which they explained, they came out within a few days and provided an estimate the same day. We agreed the very reasonable estimate, again through an easy on line process, and the work was completed within the week. The same day the work was finished further contact was provided including photos of the work done and a date for payment. The service and work done was excellent, would definitely use Burnside again, thank you

Colin was recommended by a friend. He came out straight away and inspected my roof, gave me photographic evidence of the damage and quoted a price within a few days. He was clear in his explanation, didn't try to blind me with jargon or put the fear in me. His men came out on Saturday and he came on Sunday to finish off. All done and dusted within 7 days. I found him and his men reliable, courteous and friendly and have no hesitation in recommending his company.

General roof repairs on welsh slate roof. Job turned out to be a bit more involved than originally planned, basically due to poor previous repairs by previous owner of the house. Excellent communications with pictures to show the challenge. No pressure to commit to additional work. Really happy with the costs and
the team on site. No mess at the end of the day and took care to keep gate closed for my dog. Now have peace of mind to see me through the winter. Would definently recommend and use for any other works.

I've tried quite a few roofing companies over the years and this time went for Burnside, thanks to their reputation and a competitive quote. They carried out major repairs just before storm Amy hit and I was worried, given the age of my roof and past issues, that I might be back to square one afterwards. The only damage I had was one slate moving slightly (which they were happy to return and fix!), so it does look like their advice and repair work has been better than some I have had in the past.

Colin and his team carried out comprehensive repairs on our roof, including general slate repair, lead valley replacement, lead flashing on a weathered stone parapet, chimney removal and pvc roofline work on our gable. His men were thorough, hard working and left the site clean and tidy each day. We are very pleased with their work and will certainly use them again.

Excellent performance from Colin and his people, the work appears first-class, the price was competitive, and customer communications were great - always an important point.

Some delays were experienced with subcontract scaffolders, but these were a minor annoyance only.

We had a row of ridge tiles replaced earlier this year. Colin spent time explaining our options for matching difficult to source tiles and made sure we were happy with the choice of tile before proceeding with work. The work was carried out safely and to a high standard with a very neat finish. The guys who came to do the work were polite and tidy. Will be using Burnside Roofing again.

My roof was needing a good few slates replaced following a recent storm and so I contacted Burnside Roofing for a quote. They inspected the roof, photographed all areas needing attention and got back to me quickly with the quote - great communication throughout my dealings with them. The two roofers who came along to do the work couldn’t have been more professional and worked hard all day - working longer than I think they initially anticipated in order ensure the job was done thoroughly and to a high standard.
