Burnside Roofing assessed the problems with the Firestone roofing to our house extension and adjoining garage. The roofing had been poorly laid by a previous contractor. All the numerous deficiencies were identified and the necessary remedial work carried out expertly and quickly. The roofs are now restored with new fascias, edging seals and resealed roofing. I cannot recommend Burnside Roofing too highly.

Colin responded really quickly to my initial request, and attended onsite shortly afterwards to undertake a full roof assessment to enable us to make an informed decision on the amount of work required. He understood our timeframe, and was able to confirm an approximate realistic lead time to complete the work in keeping with this. His honesty and transparency was much appreciated.

The whole team worked so hard to get the job completed - arriving bang on time each morning, kept me informed through the day of progress, and a plan for the next day. Really impressed by the professionalism of Colin, Kieran and Ryan throughout the job - the ridging and chimney look fantastic now - and the clean up operation once the work was complete was impressive. Very thorough!

During a spell of bad weather our roof was damaged. I checked the 'Trusted Trader' register and contacted Burnside for a quote.

This was acceptable to both myself and my insurers. Colin complied with the details needed by my insurers, explained what the work entailed and got the go-ahead for the job.

Restoration of flat roofed areas. The experience of using this trader was good. This trader is most pleasant, responsive and understanding.

We had a chimney removed and another demolished and rebuilt; area of flat roof replaced and repairs to the slate roof. We had to wait a while for the work to begin, but once it had begun we found Colin and his guys to be reliable and professional. Communication was good, we always knew when they were coming and going, and we were kept up to date with progress and issues with the job . Very satisfied with this company and their work.
