During the storm in Jan (2025), 4 of my roof tiles had blown off my roof and I had just moved into the property.
Annandale were speedy at attending, given the volume of work they had booked in.

Annandale Roofing supplied and installed 2 replacement velux windows for us. The whole process was very efficient and informative from our first contact with the company through to the completion of the job. Work to replace garage roof was completed on time and as per agreed cost. All waste was tidied up and removed. I would highly recommend Annandale Roofing and will use again.

I had a leak in my loft due to loose/fallen tiles. I contacted Alistair at Annandale roofing who promptly came out to inspect the damage. Whilst he was there I sought advice on my garage roof. He explained issues in simplified terms and gave me options on work that could be carried out, along with the pros and cons of each selection. Once i had chosen, the work to replace tiles and hips was completed in a timely fashion. I have since recommended him to friends and family with roofing issues who have had similar positive experiences.

Alistair and his team have fixed a damp chimney, sorted problems with nesting pigeons on our solar panels and fixed a leak.

Full new roof guttering soffits and fascia’s.

From initial contact/quote where everything was explained and options given clearly and concisely, to completion of works has been a fantastic experience. Every team member was helpful, friendly, knowledgable and answered any daft questions we had. Despite some really awful weather, just after work had started, the guys went over and above ensuring coverings were watertight and no leaks even coming out and tightening at weekends. Work has been done to an excellent standard and new tiles, guttering etc really give a more modern look to our home.We would highly recommend Annandale roofing as the team to choose.

I had a new roof on a dormer extension. The previous roof was leaking. The roof was replaced by Annandale Roofing, I was given expert advice, and shown evidence of the before and after state of the roof as I am unable to access it to view it.
The service was prompt, and the garden left tidy afterwards.

Contacted Annandale regarding our facias, gladding and guttering. The team arrived on the agreed date and the agreed time and replaced our old guttering and wooden facias with plastic. All work was undertaken in a timely manner and at a fair cost. The team was fantastic and left my garden as the found it. All mess taken away. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
