From initial visit to booking (5.15 on a Sunday morning) we were filled with confidence. The staff, telephoning/receptionist/coordinator/taxi driver were all exemplary.
It was an amber weather alert for torrential rain and for once the forecast was correct. The driver showed caution to the road conditions and even let us stay in his very clean and tidy cab until our bus came. Cannot fault anything!

Had a very early request for an airport transfer at 330am (!!) and the response to my email request (a must for airport transfers) was very quick. Julie who picked me up arrived 10 mins early, and was a very good driver as well as a lovely lady to have a wee chat to. The cost from Carnoustie to Edinburgh airport was much cheaper than what I paid from Edinburgh airport to St. Andrews.
Will definitely book them again. Highly Recommended.

Great Service

I cannot recommend this company enough. We hired an airport transfer and they customer service/transport/communication was excellent. Our flight ended up getting delayed and the driver could not of been nicer and more understanding he was waiting for us for a good hour and never moaned at all, kept in touch and was waiting for us when we arrived thank you soooo much. The taxi was also so comfortable and stylish. I will definitely be using this company again.

My first outing in 9 months due to injury. Unable to drive myself or walk above few steps aided by sticks.I was advised my driver was on the way and when My car arrived my driver Julie was professional beautiful and friendly. The car was spotlessly clean. I had a restful journey and Julie was a very competent and smooth driver. She had pleasant conversation both on route and the return to my home. This taxi was booked by Kwik Fit on behalf of Motobility. This was our return trip to collect our car after puncture repair. 5 hour wait or go home via taxi. We went home. Our driver Frank, a very cheery chap. Very welcoming and helpful. Instantly makes you feel at home. Before we knew it we arrived at our destination. Nice and safe. Mercedes mini bus very clean and comfortable.

Carl picked me up at the house in good time. The day was extremely hot but the car was fairly comfortable considering the 30 degree heat. The journey was good. The radio was not too loud and conversation with Carl was great and made the journey more enjoyable.
I had not used the 3 Word LinkLink system before but managed to get the code for my house easily although I did not know how to forward it on to the driver.
A very pleasant journey and as always will use and recommend Links Cabs, Carnoustie, without hesitation.
