What can I say about Mike? Quite a lot, actually.
Just over a year ago, we had a new front door installed after the original locks failed.

Despite the challenge of having to cut out the old door, making the fitting of the replacement far from straightforward Mike completed the job in just half a day. The level of craftsmanship was exceptional, transforming the entrance into a real focal point for our home. It’s something visitors always notice as soon as they arrive.

More recently, we had matching French doors installed, and once again, the quality is outstanding. The doors are fitted with a secure 5-lever locking system and additional security features, giving us complete peace of mind. They perfectly complement the front door, creating a consistent and high-end finish throughout.

I initially contacted N&B Calder regarding the refurbishment of an existing Cremation Plot Memorial Stone including cleaning of granite, renewal of gold lettering etc all set on new foundation. I have been kept up to date with progress and on completion of the work N&B Calder have issued me with photos of headstone, as existing and also refurbished for comparison and approval. I can only thank them for the quality of work carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending this company for any work related to new and refurbishment of granite memorial stones and associated installation works.

Supplying my wives headstone

This is the second time that we have used N & B Calder Limited. They are wonderful people, and always willing to work with our slightly unusual requests, and produce beautiful results to celebrate those that have gone before us.

I had Kev and Marc out to my house to move some very heavy furniture and rubbish for the tip. They had to battle hard to get a mattress down the very steep and narrow croft stairs, but they're determined guys and found an ingenious way to do it. I never doubted they'd manage it! This is the second time I've used them and will do so again. They're punctual, polite and do a great job. Highky recommended
