Contacted Mark and explained the situation, Mark gave me a few options and called and discussed them all so I understood all my options and that helped me choose what was best for me, Super friendly staff! Can’t recommend them enough to anyone who will listen!

Aside from the need to hire a trustworthy builder to manage and build all aspects of our extension, my wife and I were anxious about the construction work taking place with a newborn and 4 year old in the house. From the start, Monarch put us at ease, with a detailed quote that we discussed and refined and took on board our concerns. Although not the cheapest quote we received, we got a sense that we were dealing with a quality and professional outfit in Monarch, and we were right. When the work started Darren and David kept us up to date with all aspects and were extremely responsive, even with Darren responding very quickly out of working hours throughout. This was really helpful as it kept things moving when we were busy working, etc. during the day. The workmen on site were all very considerate and were happy to work around us, particularly Chris and Euan, both extremely skilled tradesmen who were always happy to answer questions and check we were happy with certain aspects of the work. Couldn’t fault the commitment working in all weather, particularly Gordon digging in the summer heat. Although only there for some of the time, the labourer, groundsman, plumber, electrician and decorators were also really helpful and friendly, particularly Garry who would always pop his head around the door to say hello to our kids. Our build took the best part of 9 months and although stressful at times, I can’t recommend Monarch Builds enough as they were on top of everything, happy to schedule in additional extras or last minute requests and would certainly recommend them and intend to use them again for future projects.

Replacing an existing solar pv and battery due to its unreliability. The quotation process was quick and very efficient and the work carried out without any extras. A very tidy job. An extra 5 panels were added, the battery upgraded to 36kwh combined with a 12kwh inverter.

Excellent service from Chay and the team at i-Protech, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a solar and battery solution for your home.

Recently had a gravestone made for my late husband. Ordering the gravestone was made stress free by the kind efficient members of staff.
The gravestone is now in place and looks perfect, just what we ordered.

Second job done by the I-Protech Team, first was an Intruder Alarm and most recently battery and Solar, first class job carried by Chay, Rob and Fraser, they went the extra mile to make sure the system was installed neatly and to a high standard. With this all being new to us our questions and concerns were always answered and made us feel confident moving forward as the job progressed. And special thanks to Rob and Fraser today, coming up with some great ideas to complete the finale phase.
