Would totally recommend using Diamond Sweeps, he was very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. Also very knowledgeable and give us good advise on how best to maintain and get the best from our log burner.

Had an electric car charge point installed at home and had a very smooth experience from start to finish. Quote arrived a few days after the work assessment and job booked in the same day. Electrician who carried out the work was very pleasant and competent. Would definitely use this company again.

Fantastic job and really dug is out of a hole after starting the job with another company, which was a horrible experience.
We turned to Kevin who reassured us of the issues arising the original contractor.
Provided a quote which was stuck to and the work was completed to the highest standard.
A few weeks later we noticed a broken tile and this was fixed with no questions asked.
Could not recommend more highly, you will be in safe hands.

Mike and his team completely refurbished and transformed our kitchen. This included removal of a stud wall, removal of the old kitchen units, repositioning utilities and plumbing, removal of the old flooring, laying new plywood ready for the new flooring and installation of the new kitchen (16 units) including replacing/repositioning the cooker hood. Mike also arranged a plasterer to make good the ceiling and walls.

Throughout the project communication was excellent and the team worked efficiently and very tidily. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and nothing was too much trouble. Mike was very patient when I asked for some changes !

There was a slight issue with the fitting of the sink but when this was raised with Mike he responded very swiftly. This turned out to be an issue with the granite worktop but Mike and Josh (plumber) were extremely helpful.

This was a fairly big project and we were not looking forward to the disruption but Mike and his team made the experience quite painless and we can't recommend him highly enough.

The kitchen was dark, tired and really difficult to work in and is now an absolute joy to use so we are delighted with the end result.

After at least 5 botched jobs and thousands of pounds later, we still had water issues from the front elevation of our 1880s granite farmhouse.

I spent hours trailing through the internet in the hope there may be a company in Aberdeenshire worthy of calling themselves professional roofers!

I came across Tony’s name on a few Reddit posts where he was spoken very highly of both for integrity and workmanship.

My husband and I met with Tony, decided on a plan, he delivered a fair quote and went from there.

The project started early May 26. Firstly, to strip down 3 turrets, reline slate, add water valleys at the sides and re do the lead working. This is where we assumed some of our water ingress was coming from. 1st turret down, no water ingress. Tony then immediately approached us to discuss the lead work that he felt on inspection was fine (not how he’d do it), but fit for purpose. He would carry on but not change the lead which was a significant saving for us. It maybe that we might need further remedial works looked at once we stripped back the 4 haunches being replaced but of course Tony had factored this in during our meetings and it’s perfectly justifiable not to be able to quote for this.

The haunches are removed and there was as rotten timbers supposedly replaced before not touched. Tony liaised with us at all times and physically showed my husband what was going on. On completion of the haunch work he checked all the chimneys for us and showed us a few nice gaping holes that had been left or never addressed more to the point!

We’d had the front elevation pointed in 2024 and again not a great job. This individual has also pointed the front elevation of the turrets. Tony was adamant he was going to check anywhere he thought might be the water culprit. He put a knife over that pointing and guess what?? It fell out like putty. He then spend more time removing all this and doing an amazing job of repointing the front of them.

In addition to this all the slates were checked and broken ones replaced. Tony uses copper nails. No more rust, no more slipped skates! We will be looking to have this done to them all next year.

He also sprayed wood worm preventative for us anywhere he could on request and all the cement works were water proof treated even up our chimneys.

The area was kept impeccably clean by Tony and team with every last bit of rubbish removed. It was fantastic. They worked long days for nearly 3 weeks non stop and very hard.

Finally the bill came in as less than the quote. How much honest can you get!!
