Review a trader

From the first appointment when we as a family visited this trader and looked at the options for a suitable headstone for our Dad the service from the staff was excellent and they were very welcoming and put us at our ease during a difficult time for us. The staff let us view all the different headstones and explained the benefits of the one we selected in great detail. They let us take our time in choosing the perfect headstone and mentioned that we could go for silver lettering which we never knew was an option. The staff also made a computer image of what the headstone would look like with all the details which again we very much appreciated. Again all these little touches made the whole process so much easier for us. We have seen the headstone in situ and it is absolutely perfect and all that we wanted and more.
The service we received from this company was 100% and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone if they asked.

A couple of weeks ago during a heavy storm, water started comimg into our bedroom through the flat roof. After having issues with roofers in the past, I searched the Aberdeenshire trusted trader site and found Tony. He came out promptly and inspected the roof, luckily, the issue wasn't as serious as we feared, and he fixed it within an hour. Tony was professional and knowledgeable throughout. He explained everything and showed me photos for reassurance. I will definitely use his services again and will be recommending him to friends and family. I couldn't be more pleased!
