Review a trader

I bought a headstone for my husband who died 6 months ago. The customer service I received was excellent, with a lot of compassion and patience being shown as myself, my son, and my daughter decided on the stone and the wording we wanted. The headstone was promised to be in place by Christmas, but in fact was erected in the last week of November, which was great.
It is a beautiful headstone, and is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much.

A range of jobs - repoint part of wall which was causing water ingress, replace garage door and side panels (paint both to match existing), plus replace garage fascia - great standard. Would use again.

The Cluny War Memorial required all the lettering re-leaded and painted. N&B Calder provided a reasonable quote can carried out the work sooner than expected.

601 letters required to be repaired and repainted and when I expressed dissatisfaction with 2 of the letters, thee were no arguments they just said "we will get out right away anf sort"

We (the family) have just viewed the finished Family Memorial in situ. We are extremely impressed with the high standard of craftsmanship in the completed headstone and the placement in the Lair.

Additional writing had to be added to an existing head stone. Great care was taken to ensure what was wanted to be said was added without it looking cramped. The staff were very helpful and understanding making the whole experience as painless as possible. Thank you.

Good communication, very responsive and did a great job of cleaning the gravestone (looks like new now) tidied the existing lettering and added new lettering. Looks very good. Would happily recommend and use again.

Additional inscription to existing stone completed timeously and the quality of craftsmanship is to a high standard. I have had solar panels, batteries and an EV charger installed by Hosie. Richard was knowledgeable and offered good advice with regards to location of the batteries. The quote was competitive and without any hard sell.
