From initial quote to installation, faultless service. Nigel put up with me delaying the project and making some changes without any complaint, his men turned up when he said they would, were polite, clean and tidy and made a brilliant job of the installation. The renewables world is full of cowboys, I chose NSB as a few people I know have used them and been happy and NSB have been on the go for so many years, I was confident that they weren't a fly by night company.
