Faithful Spark Electricians is a NICEIC Approved electrical contractor delivering a full range of domestic, commercial and industrial electrical services across Aberdeenshire. Electrical Inspections and EICR
We carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for landlords, homeowners, housing associations and letting agents across Aberdeenshire. An EICR is a thorough inspection of your property's fixed wiring, identifying any faults, deterioration or non-compliance with current standards.
Under Scotland's Repairing Standard, private landlords must hold a valid EICR and renew it every five years. We issue clear, jargon-free reports with certificates provided the same day where possible. Where remedial work is required, we carry it out promptly to keep your property compliant and your tenants safe.
Consumer Unit Upgrades
We replace outdated fuseboards with modern consumer units fitted with individual RCBOs on every circuit and a surge protection device — in full compliance with BS 7671 Amendment 4. We do not install split-load boards. Every upgrade is tested, certified and registered with the relevant Scottish Building Standards body through NICEIC.
Electrical Installations and Rewiring
We carry out full and partial rewires for houses, flats, commercial premises and new build properties across Aberdeenshire.
