In the midst of a serious cold snap, our central heating pump stopped working. David came up within a few hours and confirmed that it had to be replaced. He obtained the part and fitted it the following day - Saturday! First class service at competitive pricing - you cannot ask for better and we will use him again.

David had been fantastic since I was handed his name. Called me back from his home as a first time customer and showed me through video call how to fix a frozen pipe and get my heating back on when we were all struggling with the cold and he could not attend. Champion guy with great quality work.

David responded quickly to us when our heating pipes froze last winter. He fixed it, reorganising the system so that it is unlikely to freeze again.

The quality of his work seems very good.

David has serviced my central heating boiler and gas fire over the last couple of years.

I have found him to be completely reliable, always keeping me up to date via text if he is delayed.

David is reliable, trustworthy, punctual and thorough. He is also willing to go the extra mile, ie he was willing to advise on an unrelated plumbing issue, and sign posted me to the appropriate place to get the problem resolved.

Boiler broke down on a Sunday - DAvid came first thing Monday morning - new boiler ordered Monday afternoon and delivered Wednesday. Job done on Friday. We have never known such prompt service in all the years we have had a home. Efficient and tidy to the last little bit'!

David at Border Boilers replaced our combi boiler for us , from the moment he walked through our door to do the quotes to the minute he finished the job he was professional, trustworthy, hardworking and generally a really nice guy to have working in our home . He gave us a choice of Boilers and prices with the quotes , when we decided on one the work was carried out just a couple of weeks later , the job was done in a day and with minimal upheaval and David left the place lovely and tidy , he answered all our questions even the daft ones . He has also checked in since the job just to ensure all is well with the new boiler great service .
