Bain & Irvine have been brilliant to deal with. They recently sorted out some slate repairs for us and did the job quickly and without any fuss. They also handle our yearly roof check, which really puts my mind at ease knowing everything’s being looked after properly. My roof was leaking in a few different places and I had damp patches on my ceiling. Bain and Irvine came along and carried out the work to rectify this. I am very happy with the work and experience I have had with Bain and Irvine.

We have worked alongside Bain & Irvine on several contracts great lads and always happy to talk to and assist with anything required.

The main roof and flat garage roof were assessed. Both had problems. Jamie discussed things fully and was honest and straight forward in his assessment of what was needed and explained how best this work could be done. Before the team arrived to begin the work, there had been thought and planning on how to construct the new garage roof.

The team were friendly , and worked hard and well together . They were experienced and took a pride in doing a good job and using their skills. Any challenges that arose , were discussed and solutions found .
The team’s work was looked over by managers at various stages to ensure it met specifications .
