Gas boiler serviced. Steven arrived as arranged and provided a comprehensive report on the boiler. There has been an intermittent fault with the boiler which Steven was able to identify. He carried out the necessary repair but advised that a new part may be required in the future which he would attend to if required.

When Steven first visited he diagnosed a defective gas control valve. Steven tried to source a replacement part. He had no success, depite making several enquiries.
I opted to install a new Focal Point Multiflue fire. The chimney was swept before installation.
Steven had to overcome a small issue in my fireplace. He is returning next week to check on this.
I will ask him to do the annual maintenance.

Steven disconnect my gas hob and capped the gas for me. I’ve used his service many times before and he has always gave 100%. He’s reliable, fast to respond and always completes the job at a high standard. Would happily recommend him to friends and family and anyone looking for a gas engineer.

Sb heating did a great job disconnecting an old gas fire .and even found and blocked off a gas leak I didn't know was there. Capped off all pipes and gave a few tips on checking my boiler to save money on bills. Lovely guy easy to talk to .will definitely use again .

Steven responded very promptly to my enquiry. After providing him with some information he gave me a quote and possible dates and times when he was available. His response time for each communication was quick. He arrived right on time for the appointment. Combi boiler was serviced, a full pdf document provided immediately along with receipt for payment. Steven came to service my boiler. He was thorough, clean & tidy and respectful of my property.
He explained in detail what was checked and rather than pour the slightly acidic water from the boiler down my sink, he took it away which was thoughtful on his part.
