Steven came to service my boiler. He was thorough, clean & tidy and respectful of my property.
He explained in detail what was checked and rather than pour the slightly acidic water from the boiler down my sink, he took it away which was thoughtful on his part.

Steven was running late (delayed on a previous job) but kept me informed when he knew it was going to be the case. Arrived later on, carried out the work, tested, certificated and invoiced me by email. Friendly guy, didn't rush the work, inspired confidence. Reasonable rates. I'd definitely shortlist again for future work.

Steven capped a pipe beneath our floorboards and removed a section of pipe. Had been concerned there could be difficulties working in the crawlspace, but Steven sorted it out in no time at all. Communication and price were both great. We'll definitely be contacting Steven again if we have any other gas works about the house.

Steven arrived as agreed and went about servicing our gas fire. He stripped the gas fire down, cleaned and repainted the coals and completed all the necessary tests. Pleasant manner and work was carried out in clean and tidy manner

Came bang on time very professional new exactly what was needed for the job, as I didn't have a clue, took just under an hour and very reasonable priced, he was very polite. Made you feel at ease, no rushing around like some of them, I will definitely be passing his business around family and friends who need some gas installation work carried out.

The gas was checked in my 2 bed flat to comply with Landlord Gas Safety regulations and a certificate issued. Mr Boyd was prompt and efficient completing the job in about half an hour. He gave me some useful further advice on my gas appliances.
