I called Sam out to my mum's property. She had locked herself out and I was away with work so couldn't let her in. My call was answered quickly and after explaining my mum's situation Sam arrived in 40 minutes. My mum couldn't sing his praises enough. He made her feel very comfortable and had her back in within minutes. He even took the time to take a cup of tea with her before he left. Really happy with the service!

I have required Sam's services multiple times. Every time he responded within minutes, asking helpful and relevant questions to help diagnose the issue over the phone. This then allows costs to be discussed which helps and I appreciate the transparency. I have never had to wait longer than 1 hour for his attendance which is perfect.

Needed to have the lock replaced on my door. Very quick response on WhatsApp telling me what looked to be the issue from my photos. Reasonable price, especially compared to other locksmiths I’ve had out in the past. Good communication on when he would arrive. Was fixed in the space of 20 minutes and gave advice for some other issues we have with other doors around the flat. Would use again!
