New Alarm and 3 outside cameras plus a doorbell camera and 2 new security lights installed and set up.
Engineer came on time and was very diligent and helpful. We walked through where cameras were to be placed and then these were double checked once installed via the mobile app. Mobile app for Alarm as well as one for the cameras were installed on all mobile devices and full clear explanation given of how they worked as well as a run through of the actual system box within the house although this will hardly ever need to be touched as everything can be done via the apps. Old alarm box and inside PIRs removed as well. Thoroughly professional from the initial visit to quote for system (owner Roger Woods) to the admin back up providing said quote, arranging appointment and explaining any queries (Cara) I had prior to the engineer visit and the installation engineer Stuart. Great job all round.

Intruder alarm and safety lights fitted to a large house with a tricky layout. I had a limited budget so the company MD - Rodger tailored a package to suit me. Excellent customer service from management and the staff who fitted the alarm. Could not fault them in terms of courtesy and helpfulness and they solved problems encountered by issues like thick stone walls. Top marks.
