I have just had 5 sash and casement windows replaced in our class A listed building flat. This included the a very tricky mid landing window accessed through a storage cupboard which was extremely difficult because of access and the presence of 2 exit fans in the window.

Advice and organisation of planning permission was arranged by Preservation Windows admin team ( led by Maddie) after an initial survey by Brendan Murphy.

We are very happy with the windows. The whole process from initial contact to final finishing has been very professional and competent. Each member of the team is very good at their job and it appears to me that they enjoy completing work to a high standard. Drew the painter was meticulous and insisted on a higher quality of finish than we expected . He is an individual that was easy to get on with, especially important doing a 3 day job while we were living in the flat.

The office team did a good job too.

Apart from the true professionalism of the people who installed and the quality of the windows it is always hopeful that whoever is working in your home are amiable and thoughtful so the stress of getting work done is reduced. This was definitely the case with the people who work at Preservation Windows. Great people and service from the moment I enquire to the work being finished.

I was nervous about replacing my windows as I knew there would be soot in the windows and I had had a soot disaster several years’ ago ! I needn’t have worried. The team were professional, had great attention to deal, cleared up and installed beautiful double glazed windows. Thank you for the flowers too !
