Contacted re new regulations for smoke and heat alarms. Neil contacted me same day to say work could be undertaken in a few days. Telephoned next day to say in area and could come and install required alarms that day. Arrived within hour, completed work very efficiently at a reasonable cost. Both Neil and Stephen were very polite and pleasant. Have requested they undertake some other work in near future and look forward to hearing from them to arrange same. Would definitely recommend.

I phoned, explained situation with new fire regulations, was provided with detailed advice as to what products I would need and was given a choice. Also asked for additional work. Contacted PPM when we started to have some water leak. Neil and Joesy came, had a look and attempted a patch repair to the problem area. Unfortunately, due to the original work done when the house was constructed, the patch failed. Arranged a site visit to replace the affected pipework. Work done within 30 minutes and has been good with no further signs of leaks. Happy with these guys, would use again.

We had a small repair to sub flooring carried out. Trader was upfront about timescale involved (because of their workload) and did come out to view job as arranged. Thereafter, the work was completed quickly and neatly and the workers were friendly, polite and helpful. This is the first time we have used PPM Ltd and it was only a small job but we will certainly consider using them again in future.

Wall stripped,walls ,ceiling,doors painted with new handles and hinges.New laminate and skirting boards put on,New double sockets with TV wall mounted and wired to mains with own supply.HDMI cable attached. New smaller radiator fitted and curtain pole put up.Neils team punctual,courteous and tidy with hoover and brush to clean up.All rubbish taken away. I contacted Neil after having a problem with water getting into a flat that I own in Paisley. As I live in London it was difficult for me see what was causing the problem. After my first contact with Neil he took it from there. Contacting tenant to arrange access, finding source of the problem and fixing, additional repairs to make sure it wouldn't happen again and all repair works to 2 rooms after damage. Even with additional works Neil did not go over the upper limit of what he promised. Highly recommend him and his team especially if you are a landlord not living in the area. I am certainly happier to know I have a go to for any further issues that may crop up in the future.

PPM have recently completed two jobs for me. First job was painting and joinery work, I then asked them back to replace a bath panel.

PPM Ltd were recommended to us by a friend, we were looking to upgrade our flat ready for rental, and Neil Scally visited us on site.

We had a complete new kitchen including wall and floor units, oven, hob, sink, tiling, lighting and electrical accessories upgraded. We also had new flooring throughout the 2 bedroom flat including the en-suite and main bathroom.

We had repairs made to ceiling and other plaster-work, and then the rooms were fully decorated.
Neil also explained what was required of a Landlord when letting, so we had the appropriate fire safety equipment fitted.

The standard of work was excellent, and this from a tradesman who is more than a wee bit fussy on finishes.

I would have no hesitation in using or recommending PPM Ltd in the future.

I emailed Paisley Property Maintenance this morning, enquiring about an electrical job I needed doing. I felt the way my Husband had left it was unsafe and I wanted it checking. Within an hour, my email had been read and I got a phone call about the job. The very nice guy, who called me, assured me he'd have someone out at me today. At 12.30pm, 2 Electricians called at the house. Both the guys were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They knew what was wrong and fixed the problem for us then and there. Now we know, the wiring in the Study is safe once more and they did a really good job for us and tested the electrical system in there before leaving. We're delighted with the service we received and the work that was carried out. We'd have no hesitation in using the company again and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friends.

I had been trying for a couple of years to get a firm to do this but no-one was prepared to take it on because it was 'too small a job'. After contacting the company via Trusted Traders Neil called and gave an estimate for this and other work which we then decided to have done on the roof. Jobs completed very quickly. Paisley Property Maintenance Limited were the 4th plumber I contacted in respect of this job. The 1st failed to attend, the 2nd never responded and whilst the 3rd did eventually reply, the job had since been completed. Paisley Property Maintenance Limited provided a prompt response to my enquiry with a competitive price. The job was attended to within a few days. The tap appears to be fitted nice and securely to the sink. A tidy job; there was next to no clean-up required. A sales invoice was provided giving a feeling of security. However, as can be expected with any work, issues may arise. In his instance, the piping connection leaked. The plumber did come straight back with view to remedy. Unfortunately, the return visit was unfruitful. Although another visit was scheduled without any hassle from the company, I decided to obtain further assistance from another party. Communications were good throughout. Had the connection been secured upon the 2nd visit I would have given top ratings throughout. But (and I acknowledge that I may have acted hastily) I have scored downwards due to the physicality of workmanship alone. Also worthy of remembering that there are still worse companies out there.
