Alex came and did the job carefully and efficiently, with the wood left as requested.

The bush outside our bedroom was getting out of hand. We have used Alex for many years and have always have been extremely pleased and happy with the work being carried out,all clippings have been removed and always tidied up on the completion. They normally come to us in September or October to cut out large hedges.

This is the second time we have used Forres Tree Services and as before we were very pleased with the work they carried out for us. As previously they tidied up after themselves very well.

Alex comes back every year to do trim the hedges and pruning the trees and leaves them behind beautifully, tidies the garden and takes all the clippings with him. He’s a pleasure to have round and always up for answering any other garden related questions I have.

Very professional, efficient and work done to a high standard and the bonus was it provided the household with a lot of entertainment as we watched the work being done 😁 Would highly recommend.

Cut back a leylandii hedge from approximately 15ft to 8ft.
All cuttings were chipped and disposed of leaving negligible mess.

Alex and his teams have completed 2 major tree removal jobs for us this year. The first was a job we shared with our neighbours where 5 mature beech trees and a Scots pine were removed due to close proximity to buildings and roads. This was a particularly complex job involving a road closure and liaison with SSE to isolate power lines. The second job was also challenging, removing a storm-damaged mature ash tree, again close to houses. Both jobs were carried out safely and efficiently, with great care taken of the worksites. We are very confident about using Forres Tree Services for future work.

We have been getting firewood from Forres Tree Services for several years. They deliver a reliably good amount at a fair price. The workmen seem a good bunch too. I would highly recommend them for firewood in Moray.

We needed a simple job done - reduce the height of a conifer before it interfered with telephone lines. We received a recommendation from neighbours who were having work done and the team fitted in our job at the same time. The recommended work was clearly explained and carried out quickly and efficiently. The invoice came in the same afternoon and was very reasonable.

Some work needed to reduce size of trees in our property. Contacted Forres Tree Services for a quote and Alex came round promptly, was very friendly and clear on the best course of action with the work. The price was very competitive and the work carried out soon afterwards. The two men doing the job were efficient and friendly, got the work done with minimum fuss and were respectful of the surrounding garden. Would highly recommend!

Had multiple things done including damaged limb removal, reductions, tree removal and stump grinding. All done to a great quality, would highly recommend to others.

Had 5 stumps grinded and a Silver Birch chopped down.
Great company. The communications were very good. Punctual and priced very reasonable. After the grinding work was completed, it was tidied up nicely. The Birch came down effortlessly and the lads took their time tidying up.
They chopped the trunk into 8” blocks and even placed it into the wood store! Very impressed with this company and would highly recommend.
