I can't rate high enough Epic Tree Care, from their quiet, efficient carrying out of the job, to the pleasant people to deal with, over the whole firm.

Upholstery and carpets cleaned in static 2nd time using Alan, great service, reliable and always gets back to you promptly. Highly recommend.

We had three overgrown trees removed (rowan, flowering cherry and lilac). Two had stumps removed and the third was left as was not required to be taken out. Also a light pruning of an Indian Bean Tree.

This trader was most efficient: they came to view the job when arranged, provided a quote promptly and arrived to carry out the work on the time and day when they said they would. Very satisfied with the work.

From the very start, everyone in MSER was professional and responsive - from the office to the electrical and construction teams, all have been efficient and friendly - great communication. They completed a big job, involving roof replacement plus installation of solar panels and batteries. Firewood purchase.

Lots of tidying up of downed trees and branches left by rogue traders. Thanks to the Epic team, all clippings were transferred to a neighbour who needed the material to put on a horse arena. Topping and tidying of roadside conifers.

I had two trees pruned and reshaped. The initial contact was very positive and friendly. Good advice was given and an acceptable quote was given. The team who arrived to carry out the work at the agreed time were friendly and cheerful. They rechecked on the work to be undertaken. The work was efficiently carried out and they left the area tidy having removed all cuttings.
I will certainly used this firm again.
