Review a trader

Lots of tidying up of downed trees and branches left by rogue traders. Thanks to the Epic team, all clippings were transferred to a neighbour who needed the material to put on a horse arena. Topping and tidying of roadside conifers.

I had two trees pruned and reshaped. The initial contact was very positive and friendly. Good advice was given and an acceptable quote was given. The team who arrived to carry out the work at the agreed time were friendly and cheerful. They rechecked on the work to be undertaken. The work was efficiently carried out and they left the area tidy having removed all cuttings.
I will certainly used this firm again.

Mark services our biomass boiler. He is always at the end of the phone to help guide me through problems that we have with the boiler. We have had a few issues with our system over the past year and Mark has gone out of his way each time to make sure we have hearing in our building. Mark is very reliable and always gets to the bottom of any issue.

We asked Tom to carry out an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) for our house, and to do some fault tracing; specifically, to investigate why an RCD switch for our GivEnergy battery was tripping. Tom arrived when he'd promised and carried out the EICR work quickly and efficiently, keeping us informed on progress and on when he had to cut the power. He fixed some of the non-compliant items he'd found as he went along. Once the EICR was completed, he worked with a GivEnergy battery specialist on the fault tracing. Their investigation was very thorough and successfully identified the likely source of the problem. After his work, Tom talked us though his findings and cleaned up thoroughly. We received a copy of the completed EICR the same day. Altogether we had a very positive experience with this company.
