Alan was prompt, hardworking and professional. I have no hesitation in making this review as he was excellent. He moved my side tables and did a thorough analysis of the problem and planned the solution. Rarely have I come across such profound application of knowledge and experience before. There is a small area that may not completely disappear which is due to several applications I tried myself without success. He is worth the money if you need any carpets cleaned.

From initial quote to completion of the work Forres Tree Services were faultless. Very happy with all aspects and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others. Bill for work was exactly as per quote. No stupid ‘upsells’, just honest workers.

The work was to install a new front and back door to my house near Nairn. Potok Builders came on the agreed dates last month, removed both the old doors and installed and painted/ varnished the new doors with high security locks. This has improved the look of the house significantly, and I have no hesitation in recommending this firm for joinery related work in future.

This is the second time we have used Epic for help to remove trees and bushes in our garden. The service has been excellent. They provided a quote when they said they would, advised when they could do the job and turned up on time. The work was carried out as specified and everything was left tidy with removal of any debris. Would definitely recommend and use again. Everyone was approachable and efficient.

We had 30 metres of a 21 year old tatty and collapsing 2m tall garden fence replaced at the rear and side of our property. There were a few problems to address including access limitations due to an existing spikey hedge and other bushes/plants plus coming up with a solution for retaining soil in the garden which is higher than the external ground level. We had a few discussions regarding the issues, solutions were proposed, talked through and agreed upon. Essentially I felt very comfortable with the way Grant approached the job and said to him that he should go ahead and do what he felt was best to achieve what I wanted - he's the expert tradesman after. I am not dissappointed in the finished product at all; done quicker than I expected to a very high level of workmanship. No mess left behind at all (skip on the drive for a few days), hard to tell that anyone had been there other than having a brand new fence!
Grant and Scott were curteous and friendly, turned up when they said they would and worked through the day in all weathers. I can wholehartedly recommend Garden Timber Solutions to anyone who needs the same type of work doing.

Dawid came to look at our kitchen floor tiles which had started lifting in places. Whilst he explained that there may be bigger issues with the floor we agreed to look at refixing the loose tiles, accepting that it may not be a permanent fix.

The job was started as promised, and Dawid took such care to save tiles as he removed them (we didn’t have many spare). Electric underfloor heating complicated the job, but it was done with such care, and the tiles are feeling secure again.

Other bits of the flooring may lift in future, and if they do we’ll have no hesitation contacting Potok Builders again. Exemplary work at a fair cost.
