The work was replacing a faulty toilet cistern. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful but told me that the problem could not be dealt with until the following week. I had isolated the leak so there was no tremendous problem.

TG phoned back about midday saying there had been a cancellation and that someone could come round in half an hour. The job was done pretty quickly by two extremely pleasant and competent plumbers. The job was done to my complete satisfaction. I thought that the price was very reasonable.

I cannot commend too highly the courteous, professional and businesslike approach demonstrated by all staff. Unexpected issues of this nature can be a bit stressful, but they did their very best to ensure the entire process was as little hassle as possible.

I needed my old redundant gas back boiler to be removed.
The appointment was arranged and the engineers (Connor and Daryl) arrived on time and efficiently removed it. The guys cleared everything up afterwards.

Fault finding, and replacement of faulty motorised heating valve. Then routine servicing of central heating boiler. Very efficient diagnosis of fault and subsequent correction. Very satisfied with work and cost.

Our hot water tank sprung a leak. Turns out it was corroded. Thomas Graham were helpful and quick to respond on the phone. They sent a man round same day to inspect the problem. We had a new tank fitted within 5 days, and a follow up visit to ensure everything was alright. They were clear about the timescales and charges. Will definitely use Thomas Graham again
