Had boiler service and flushing the system the guys were great and have been servicing my boiler for 5 years . They are always tidy up after the work is done never a problem always constructive and always happy to help.

Have used this service over a number of years. Absolutely brilliant, communication is the best; time keeping is just amazing.
Philip & Mani are well mannered, explain the process so it was easily understood by myself. Very tidy & it was appreciated.
I would definitely advise anyone to use the Heat network for any plumbing needs!!!

Once again excellent service by Philip. Kept me up to date on when my service was due, also the time he would be arriving. Philip replaced my boiler this time last year. Over the years I've had a number of service engineers calling to service or repair my old boiler which was around 14 years old I felt it was time for a new one came across Philips Web page got in touch he came round that evening as he was working in area within the week the new boiler was fitted. The impression I got when i first met him he was honest with me, enjoys what he doe's and is fair with his prices since then I have recommended him to my family and friends. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking for a gas engineer.

Fantastic work from Philip as always
Discovered a small leak during an annual service visit for my parents boiler which meant unsafe and had to be turned off
Sourced the part needed and returned a couple hours later to fix. Appreciate so much that my parents heating was back up and running safely so quickly

I chose The Heat Network for a boiler service and hob safety check, the booking process and communication was top-class. Philip and Mani were friendly, knowledgeable and really thorough. They properly stripped down and cleaned out the boiler, checked the system carefully (including radiators), gave helpful efficiency and safety advice, and even cleared the pipes on the hob. I was impressed so I asked to have a hive system installed which Philip came out to do the next week - which again was very well organised, and done for a very good price, quickly and without hassle. Mani couldn't make it but special shout to him for being so helpful the first time. Will definitely be using again.

I contacted Jones Heating and explained what my elderly mum needed. She wanted to change her gas hob to electric as sometimes she left the (unlit) gas on. Philip agreed to came out as a matter of urgency the next afternoon to remove the hob and make the gas supply safe. Philip was polite, worked quietly and efficiently. He tidied and cleaned up after himself. His charge was very reasonable. I would fully recommend Jones Heating and would use them again.

Radiators replaced in lounge and wc, the fitters were efficient, tidy and friendly, restored my faith in workmen, as I have been let down by other companies in the past. They attended within a few days of first contacting them, and were very helpful. I will happily recommend Jones heating and will definitely use them again in the future.
