From the first visit to give an estimate to completion of works, summers contracts have been very professional.. They gave great advice along with a very competitive price for doing the project.. Also, after agreeing start and finishing times of the work, they were here when they said they would be and carried out the work to a very high standard.. Summers contracts landscaped our back garden in June 2025.
The work carried out was excellent and just as we had discussed at estimate stage.
They were very punctual, reliable and very clean and tidy when carrying out the works.
We are delighted with the results and would most definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Jamie lifted all the mono block on my double drive, parts of which had sunk over time resulting in two drain covers standing slightly proud. He sampled the quality of the ground before progressing to re lay them. He fitted new kerbing to each side of the drive as that had failed and was contributing to the movement of the blocks within. The damage to my lawns either side of this was very minimal. I decided to re-use my existing blocks in order to keep the same look as my neighbours - but edged the drive in a contrasting block. Jamie listened to what I was after and provided them.
He always turned up on time, kept me up to date on progress - kept the area as clean and tidy as possible throughout.
A few of my neighbours have also commented on the drive. I am delighted with the finished work and would certainly recommend Summers Contracts

Summers Contracts renewed our decking at the front of our house . This entailed removing the previous decking and fitting new decking to a larger area. They also installed glass panels and steel balustrades. They also laid flagstones to the front of the decking area. Jamie and his team did a brilliant job on this. They are very professional, turn up when they say they will even in inclement weather, and always clean up at the end of day.

We have previously used the company for pointing and masonry work and were impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. We would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them
