Horse Chestnut Tree was showing signs of decay at the base and gradually dying from the tips so our customer decided they would like it removed before it was too late as it was close to house and powerlines.
Safely section felled and all branches chipped, removed & firewood left for customers use.
Our customers had taken on a new development of a house and was in need of getting the garden back under control. We came in and cleared out all overgrown bushes, shrubs and trees that had outgrown their place. Also reduced a couple of trees they wanted to keep.

Pine removal brought down safely with plenty obstacles underneath including, 3 Sheds, 8 BT Wires & Decking. All done safely and efficiently with nothing damaged. Just another day at the office for us, it's what we do.

Excellent work by Danny and his team. I have used them a couple of times to get some work done on the trees in my garden. They said they would be there at 8 am and arrived at 8 am on the dot. Carried out the work exactly to my specifications and left the garden neat and tidy. Recommended.

Cut and trim conifer hedges and trees.
The guys turned up on time and set to work immediately. All debris from work removed from the garden.
This is the second time I have used Roots Up. They are very professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Large boundary leylandi hedge trimmed both top and sides.
Three trees trimmed and reduced to ground level .
All tree and hedge cuttings removed and shredded and disposed of from garden.
This was from a very large plot with difficult access.
Have used this firm previously and intend to use again.
Would highly recommend for care and professionalism.

Did tree surgery on a fair number of large trees in a domestic garden. Responded promptly to inquiries, scheduled the job in in a reasonable time, and tidied up when they’d finished. Made quite a difference to the garden. Satisfied customer.

Used Roots Up for a tree removal in our garden - they came out quickly to inspect the space and provide a very competitive quote. A date was efficiently set in the diary without delay, and on the day they arrived professionally and on time and performed the task with excellent efficiency and professionalism.

Large willow tree reduced in size and reshaped, large sycamore tree branch removed and laurel hedge taken down in height. All completed in just a few hours and the garden left immaculately tidy. Very professional service with great communication, arrived in time, work efficiently and are polite and accommodating. Elderly Rowan tree with some fungus had become sprawly. Danny advised on work and carried it out quickly and efficiently. He also removed a section of a eucalyptus which had died, and he improved its shape. He and his colleague were very pleasnt. They arrived on time and left the garden extremely tidy.A very professional company to be highly recommended.

Large selection of very tall trees and hedge plus summer pruning of fruit trees.
All work was carried out very professionally and to a high standard and the garden was cleared of all debri once the job was completed. We were completely happy with the work carried out and would not hesitate to recommend this trader.

Taming of a high and out of control conifer hedge. A desired height was indicated and once the first section was cut down to size I was consulted to confirm it was okay to continue to level off the remainder of the hedging. All the cut branches were chipped on site and the garden area was tidied and cleared of any remaining debris. The work was carried out to suit my preferred timetable and I could not praise the team highly enough. Great guys. A fantastic job at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending the team to anyone who requires work on their trees.

Felling of dead trees and general tidy up.
Right from the start the service was good. There was a site survey and the quote was quick. We also liked that we had guidance on what needed to be done as we had little experience of tree work.
The date for work was not too far off and the team turned up on time and did the work with little disruption to us.
We would happily use them again and have already recommended them to others.

Danny and his colleague removed a hedge from our garden including grinding out the stumps. Danny was lovely and great to deal with, the work was carried out very quickly and effectively, and the site was left neat and tidy. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
