Roof and Fibre carried out a full maintenance check on roof and then provided useful detail (inc photographs) and advice as to which elements were required in priority order. Work agreed was to replace perished zinc valley and damaged guttering, and repair/restore central chimney stack. The team were friendly, helpful and professional from my first interaction with them right through to the end of the job. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, indicating timescales and updated me promptly if for any reasons timescales were changed (eg weather).I have been provided with several photographs of the finished work and all looks well executed. It was great to interact with all the team who were considerate and polite at all times and left the outside of the property tidy and clear every evening. I loved the fact that the company has female roofers! Go girls!

Roof & Fibre did an excellent job on our lounge extension roof and have just completed replacing our garage roof. All the work was carried in a thorough , professional manner and with great attention to detail. The guys always arrived when expected and never failed to tidy everything up on departure. One of their best attributes is communication and you are always kept in the loop. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time we have used Roof and Fibre. The first time was to install a new roof valley gutter. The second time was on a different roof but this time to install an entire new roof with new leadwork, tiles, fibreglass, velux window, and guttering. Both times Frank and his on-site team were always punctual, tidy, and provided a very good quality of work. The office team kept us up-to-date with progress and arranged all the logistics for work, such as scaffolding, skip hire, and removal of all waste. The roof is now watertight and looks good. I have no hesitation in recommending Roof and Fibre and we are planning on using them again to install a new roof on our garage.

Lindsay and his team at Roof & Fibre have provided an excellent and professional service, from the initial survey to completion. The job included significant repair and repointing work to our gable wall, as well as the fitting of new lead valleys to stop water ingress in the future. The team were polite and helpful, and worked hard over eight days, and we are very pleased with the result. We would highly recommend Roof and Fibre to others.

Roof and Fibre team installed leading on all of the coping stones and also remedial roof work done in process , they also removed chimney stacks and replaced them with elephants feet .

This is the second job on our property in recent years, the first was a Glass Fibre roof on the dormer, garage and garden store room. This latest job was on our dining room extension. The men on the job were very pleasant and well organised. They left the site clean and tidy every day they were on the job and we are more than happy with the finished job and very happy to recommend Roof & Fibre. In conjunction with the main contractor we also had 2 sun tunnels installed.They paid a lot of attention to what the finished job would look like and consulted with us throughout.

Complete new tiled roof to our house and garage including gutters and downpipes. Roof & Fibre, a local company, was the most competitive quotation from all received. Work was planned, and completed as programmed and no additional costs incurred. Staff and workmen were attentive, responsive and left the area clean and tidy. Obviously weather dependant, but worked in a sequence to suit and manage any interruptions. All work guaranteed and annual inspection programmed to ensure good maintenance achieved if required.

Great company came when the said they would come. Friendly hardworking guys. Went above and beyond, work was done professionally and they cleaned the area once they were finished. Roof and Fibre carried out Roof repairs, Guttering replacement and structural repairs to gable roof parapet. I cant fault one aspect of the company , from Lindsay arriving very promptly to review the works to then receive a fully detailed quotation that was accepted without hesitation. We were kept fully up to speed on the programme of works .Frank and Jake carried out the works with the greatest professionalism and with full honest review of unidentified issue that arose whilst carrying out my repairs . The guys fully respected my property and the level of tidying carried out each night before heading home was second to none. This is actually the Third time we've hired Roof & Fibre for repairs, but this was the biggest job by far. We had a leak in the roof over the extension of our house, which was down to invasive plant roots creeping in under the tiles. Lindsay and his team responded quickly to look at what needs doing, showing up promptly at the time they said they would and doing top quality work within our agreed budget.

Special mention goes to Leah in the office, who communicated with us clearly and regularly to let us know when and how things were happening, especially since roofing work is heavily dependent on weather conditions heading into the winter months.

Lead work on 4 gables, and an element of re-roofing over an extended period.
Roof and Fibre are one of those entirely trustworthy firms and provide a very capable service. The lead work by Lindsay (Junior) is truly excellent, while his colleague Frank seamlessly complemented this task with his own impeccable roofing, joinery skills and work ethic: a superb team and worth waiting for. I was grateful to their office with keeping me apprised of the cause of any predicted hold-ups (only ever weather) in sufficient time for me to progress other tasks needed on the house.

Lindsay and the team replaced the roof on my house. Good communication throughout the process with clarity provided at all points from when the work would start, briefings at the end of each day on what had been done and what would be done the following day.
