PTree responded to my initial inquiry by promptly arranging an assessment of my overgrown garden by a specialist, who explained the available options clearly and the timescales for completion. Having agreed a plan, PTree provided a detailed quotation of the cost and then arranged for the work to take place at a convenient time. Although a considerable amount of excess growth in the garden had to be removed, the work was completed with minimal disruption and left no residual debris, despite the removal of a large amount of bulky garden waste. During the work, I was kept informed about progress at relevant stages and provided with images for future reference. Afterwards, PTree waited for my approval before submitting the final invoice as per the original quotation. All round, PTree's service was excellent: on time, professional and competitively priced.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Ptree in returfing our garden, a three day job. The whole operation from Jim surveying and quoting for the job to Keith and Lewis laying the turf went very smoothly. Most importantly work began promptly on the start day given. Claire in the office was most helpful and kept us up to date with arrangements. We were impressed by Keith and Lewis' professional approach to the job and their friendly manner. We have already approached Ptree in respect of carrying out additional groundwork and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

pruning. The work was carried out swiftly and efficiently and with care.

PTree cleared and flattened our small front garden removing earth, stones, rocks and old shrubs. They went about it enthusiastically and very efficiently clearing away any mess. They took everything away and left it exactly as we had asked. I would use them again without hesitation.

PTree did an excellent job of removing a huge tree from our garden which had been felled by the storms in November. The damage was extensive and the garden was covered by the tree debris and the bulk of it covered our Leylandii hedge and demolished our shed. The PTree team of 3 guys worked solidly for 2 and a half days, barely stopping for a break and did a wonderful job of clearing the mess up. They were polite and professional and committed to doing a good job. There was no mess at all once they had finished and we were delighted with the job. We have used them before and can highly recommend them for any tree related problems as they can always be relied upon to do a great job.

I engaged PTree Surgery and Groundworks Ltd to carry out tree trimming work to a protected lime tree in my garden. I had previously received planning approval from Fife Council with conditions attached detailing limits for the pruning.

The work was carried out with due care and attention to safety and all trimmings were cleared up and put through their chipper on site and taken away at the end of each day. The tree surgeons were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I cannot praise this company enough. I have used them two or three times now and would highly recommend them to others.

The whole process was extremely efficient from getting a quote from Jim to corresponding with Careen in the office who was very helpful and answered all our questions efficiently.
