Had Graeme assess some roofing issues for me and after agreeing a reasonable cost his company undertook the job timeously and professionally. Would definitely use again and highly recommend this friendly local company.

We had the hips on our main roof re-mortared and a softwash treatment applied to the roof.

Extremely pleased with the softwash treatment. There is a very noticeable reduction in the moss and the effects have been long lasting.

Unfortunately the mortar applied to the hips began cracking and falling off after 18 months of having it done. Pieces have landed on our front path, garden furniture at the rear or the house and we are unable to park our cars close to the house out of concern that pieces could fall onto them. The company advertise a 10 year guarantee on all work, but after 6 months of waiting on them to come back to rectify, with multiple no-shows and now no response, we will need to have the work re-done by another company. As a result we would not recommend or reuse the company again.

Graeme was very friendly and explained the replacement of our flat roof. The work was undertaken quickly and efficiently after commencement. Finished job looks very good.
Graeme was particularly helpful returning to address small issues we experienced even some time after the work was initially completed.

Recently had new upvc fascia, soffits, gutters, dry verge & downpipes installed by Graeme and his team. Also removed moss from roof tiles and carried out a soft wash. I was kept informed on the daily progress, found the guys courteous, hard working, they tidied up after themselves and I am delighted with the end results. Replaced soffits, facia boards and gutters at the front and rear of my house. Graeme and his team were polite, courteous and showed up when they said they would. Cleaned up at the completion of the job.

Graeme and his team completely removed all the old wood cladding and replaced it with new uPvc cladding, new soffits, gutters and downpipes. Graeme and the Team done a fantastic job on a joint venture with my neighbours house. (we have a semi detached property) Very professional, quotation given immediately followed by a realistic expectation of when the job will be done. So impressed myself and neighbour got our garage roofs done also. Roof line and water pipes done - the team was genuine guys hard working and respectful off both our properties. After the job was finished the first time ever I have seen workman on their hands and knees ensuring any rouge wood chips nails etc was picked up.

One of my other neighbours were so impressed ..they went on to choose them for roof repairs..

After the Job was done Graeme Ogilvie returned to check all the work was up to scratch and really nitpicked a couple of things he wanted the guys to refinish..cosmetics really. Done within a day ..followed by myself and neighbour paying him... He delivered a refreshingly good service. Thank you.

We had a Firestone 1.14mm Grade single ply roof with Permaroof Trims fitted to our old, rathyer tired looking garage – really happy with the finish and quality of the work. The job was completed promptly and professionally and Graeme provided a competitive price and was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. Colin, Richie and the boys were extremely skilled in working with the materials and flat roofing system we chose, were easy to work with and did an efficient and tidy job. They always turned up when they said they would and Graeme went the extra mile to fit the job into his busy schedule. I am more than happy to recommend them.

We contacted Ogilvie Roofline after repeated issues with our flat roof started leaking during heavy rain and snow. We had a phone call back within 10 minutes of sending off our email enquiry on Thursday and Graeme visited our property on Monday morning. Graeme was able to quickly identify our issue, clear snow and ice from our roof after recent weather and carry out repairs all within an hour or so of arriving. Really efficient friendly service and great value for money. We will absolutely be in touch again should any further issues arise. Would definitely recommend!

Repair to roof. Graeme was excellent a little let down by the scaffolding company. He really cared, did all in his power to fix my daughters problem which he eventually did by replacing a number of cracked tiles.

We had a hole in our roof where an old gas boiler flue had been, and which had been incorrectly patched by a previous gas boiler company, and which was leaking badly in the current rain and storms.

Graeme gave us a prompt site visit, estimated for the work, had to source the correct roof tiles, re-felted & fitted them. In addition, he sealed 2 soil pipes where they exited the roof, replaced missing cement on 2 ridge tiles, and replaced a missing soffit vent.

Graeme took photos of the work to avoid me having to walk on the roof.

We are very happy with the work done, and would recommend him. He was recommended to us.

We had all fascias, soffits, gutters and down pipes replaced. Old rotten timber was stripped off and replaced with easily maintained UPVC. House looks so much smarter now.
