Had a light fitted as my wife has limited sight and it will help her when going outside at night.

Very quick response to my request for supply and fit of a key safe. Fitted within 15 minutes of arrival and changed the number of a key safe at my back door at my request.

Excellent company. Got a few quotes before I contacted them and they were by far the best value for money. Could not fault them for service, reliability or quality. Will definitely use again.

I had 2 armchairs re-upholstered. The chairs are not only comfortable again but look beautiful. This required a visit to Matrix to choose the fabric (premises were Covid-secure). Excellent range of fabric to choose from. Subsequent ordering, collection, delivery and invoicing were all very efficiently done. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We contacted Matrix about re-covering six dining room chairs as we had used them previously to re-cover a chair. We asked if they could match up the covers with the same as they had used previously. The chairs were photographed, an estimate given and agreed and they were collected on a Tuesday and returned on Thursday of the same week. We also got a footstool covered to match.
Everything was done to our satisfaction, promptly and adhering to the COVID rules. We would certainly use them again.

Excellent service. Our chair got picked up for repair on the Tuesday at 15.30pm. It was returned back to us in perfect working order the next day, Wednesday afternoon. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would have no hesitation to use this service again.

As I have cancer, Matrix came to raise my sofa. They came on Monday, block made and fitted by Thursday. Very happy with the service and has made a difference.

We learned by recommendation of Matrix Fife's business activity in Dalgety Bay, by an ex colleague who had had a three piece suite recovered and was delighted with the outcome. We were most impressed with the whole professional set up when we were shown into the impressive out building which highlighted the various skillfull products on offer and Barbara, their welcoming Manager talked us through the ordering procedure. We agreed to go ahead and commissioned Matrix Fife to recover a tub chair and was very happy with the finished article, looking good in the material which we chose from a vast array of samples. Contractor turned up on time, was polite and professional and explained what they were here to install. Installed equipment without any hitches. Gave a demonstration and explained how the equipment worked. Took packaging away and gave the feedback form and copy of work invoice to me. All in all a very satisfied customer.

We needed new cushions complete with new covers to fit over our dining room chairs which are of Chinese traditional design and the cushions required in-cuts to accommodate the vertical supports for the arm rests and backrest. The staff were very helpful in choosing the most suitable fabric for the covers and the depth of the cushions. The work was done in a timely manner and the finished product looked perfect and fitted perfectly. The workmanship was of a very high standard. So, all in all, we were very happy with all aspects of the transaction. We were told about Matrix Fife by a friend who had a wide-backed chair re-covered and we saw the quality of the work and we were impressed.

Courteous, polite and explained fully how to adjust my light.

My dad is partially disabled and needed assistance. OT came and recommended that lifts be put on the sofa legs to help better get up from a sitting position. For us it was without charge.

This firm was recommended to us from a friend. They have been very good from start to finish. The fitters were very good and very tidy. A job well done.

This is the third time we have had some work done by Matrix and have been delighted each time. The staff are uniformly pleasant and professional. Fabrics are good quality and workmanship too. I have and would again recommend them for any soft furnishing job.
