Matrix made me new curtains for my living room with matching cushion covers.

The customer service is second to non, very fast and efficient. The cushion covers were perfect but unfortunately, there was a flaw in the curtain material which was only noticed when the curtains were hanging at the window.

I contacted Matrix who immediately arranged for a replacement pair which I received in 10 days from re- order. Fantastic service and the curtains are perfect.

The standard of work was outstanding and carried out to a very high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Matrix Fife to any potential customer.

This job was the installation of an external LED solar light and a Door Viewer. The Viewer was fitted to a brand new front door and looks as if it is an integral part of it and not an addition. The solar light was fitted to a corner of the house and will illuminate what was a dark access over the winter months. The job took 15-20 minutes max and was efficiently carried out with a full explanation of how it was all being done and how the light in particular would operate (solar).

Company took time to discuss product and demonstrate it working. Very friendly.

I am very impressed with the work that Matrix Fife have done for me. Everything from start to finish has been done within a good time frame. I dealt with the upholstery section to have two sofas re-stuffed. They took one sofa on the Wednesday, returned it on the Thursday and took the second one. That was returned later the same day. Both came back looking like new. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely use again and recommend this company to others.

This is the third time I have used Matrix Fife to do work for us and once again we have been delighted with the work done. The sofa was resprung and a broken part replaced. Everything went according to plan as regard time and cost. The men removed a heavy leather sofa very efficiently under Bob's guidance and returned it a few days later. I either needed a new suite or have the cushions re stuffed. The suite is a good quality leather and fitted well into space I have but was becoming uncomfortable due to the seats sagging. Matrix came to the house to check that the suite was in good enough condition to go to the expense of fixing it. I then received a quote within a couple of days. The price was very reasonable. A chair and 2 seater settee was taken away first to leave me with the other settee to sit on. They were delivered back completed and the other one taken away. I had 2 armchairs re-upholstered. The chairs are not only comfortable again but look beautiful. This required a visit to Matrix to choose the fabric (premises were Covid-secure). Excellent range of fabric to choose from. Subsequent ordering, collection, delivery and invoicing were all very efficiently done. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We contacted Matrix about re-covering six dining room chairs as we had used them previously to re-cover a chair. We asked if they could match up the covers with the same as they had used previously. The chairs were photographed, an estimate given and agreed and they were collected on a Tuesday and returned on Thursday of the same week. We also got a footstool covered to match.
Everything was done to our satisfaction, promptly and adhering to the COVID rules. We would certainly use them again.

We agreed to go ahead and commissioned Matrix Fife to recover a tub chair and was very happy with the finished article, looking good in the material which we chose from a vast array of samples.
