We used Matrix Fife to recover six dining chairs. From start to finish they were customer focussed and helpful; providing an efficient, quality and value for money service. We visited Matrix to select the covering and were shown a wide range of options with Barbara providing useful information about each type. The chairs were collected within the promised timescale; the recovered chairs being returned just two days later! The delivery men too were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending Matrix.

The trader was installing a couple of latches to keep the letter box from being opened overnight for security reasons.

They arrived on the time agreed and explained what they were doing clearly and got on and finished the job without any problems. They were friendly, professional and approachable.

I contacted this trader by email and was promptly invited to bring in my round stool for reupholstering. From the outset they were refreshingly honest, flagging the challenge of pattern-matching a tartan fabric on a round frame where perfectly aligned lines couldn’t be guaranteed. I appreciated their transparency and was happy to proceed on that understanding. They quoted one week for the work and delivered exactly on time. The finished result is excellent, the workmanship is to a high standard and I’m delighted with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I requested a bespoke bench seat window cushion. It fits perfectly and very well made. The staff were professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Large antique curtains that required lining with blackout fabric. Matrix staff were courteous and made feel that they would take great care over my curtains. They explained what they were going to do as there were some complications to overcome to maintain the size required. In the end I was very pleased with the work, the sewing and the finished product which look splendid now they are installed. Well done Matrix.

I had a sofa base re-stuffed and reupholstered by the wonderful team at Matrix. From the initial contact to discuss the work, collection and return of the sofa, everything went seamlessly and quickly. The quality of the workmanship is first class and I cannot recommend Matrix enough!
