It was very hard to find someone to have a look at and repair the door entry system for our block of flats, as most companies only install new systems and maintain them. Kennect fitted a new house alarm system for me and a camera doorbell. Advised on most suitable products for my needs beforehand.

Paul first came to take over servicing of my intruder alarm following the death of the original installer. He did a first class job, was reasonably priced and impressed me with his friendly and professional manner. I felt I could trust him. I therefore asked him to do a small electrical job for me and while he was here he changed some light bulbs that I couldn’t do as I am disabled. I would fully recommend him to anyone and hope to give him work in future. He is now my personal “trusted trader”.

We had our linked smoke detectors replaced across all the floors in our house. Kennect Ltd made sure we understood all product features, recycled the old alarms and even gave us tips and hints on what to do with the alarms when decorating. Nothing was too much trouble and the price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone needing smoke alarms, burglar alarms, anything!

Had a couple of small jobs to be done including fitting new external smart sockets, ethernet cabling and fitting new internal sockets. Quick contact to arrange a survey followed up by a quick date to get all the work done. On the day everything went to plan with all the work being done quickly and any mess being tidied up. Had Paul undertake an upgrade to an existing alarm system to facilitate WiFi integration and allow for the alarm to be monitored and set and unset using an app.

CCTV installation and alarm repair. Kennect arrived at the time he said. On repairing the alarm and tracing the fault was very diligent and made sure everything was working correctly. CCTV was discussed at this time with several options given. Full written quote was sent promptly for all options. Selected option wanted and agreed time and date for installation. This was carried out very efficiently and operation fully explained. Paul is a very tidy worker and left no mess he is also very polite and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Kennect fitted a intercom system for my electric gate, we had to rewrite the system and nothing was a problem for Paul!
