Stephen came out on the same day of my call to repair a leaking stop cock, he recommended that I change the valve which i suspected would be the case, he gave me a price that was happy with and then very quickly set to work.
He even moved the valve valve for ease of access.
Stephen was very professional , efficient and tidy

Stevie was fantastic, I contacted him through Trusted Traders on the Sunday he replied the same day, a visit was arranged for the Monday @ 9am. He arrived promptly assessed the job and was able to go ahead with it there and then. He kept me appraised as to what he was doing throughout.
He did a great job, kept tidy once finished and was polite.

Was needing a few jobs done around our house, small leak behind toilet,flow problem from a tap, 2 noisey toilets, loose bath tap and investigate dripping noise from shower.I contacted HPS Plumbing and Heating and Stevie was quick to respond.He was able to fix all our plumbing problems, was very knowledgeable, experienced, polite and friendly.I would not hesitate to use HPS Plumbing again. Stevie did 5 separate smaller jobs for me including fixing an under sink leak and a shoogly tap, replumbing a washing machine and replacing 2 corroded plug systems in the bathroom. He responded promptly, priced the work sensibly the same day and carried it out professionally and spotlessly the following week. He even carried out a bit of first aid when I hurt myself whilst he was working. He was friendly throughout and I would not hesitate to reconnect him or use him again.

My partner and myself have used HPS Plumbing and Heating for a number of plumbing repairs. At all times communication has been excellent and timescales for jobs to be completed likewise. Every job has been completed to a high standard and been good value for money. Would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Stevie came to my rescue over winter when I came home from a 12 hour shift and had no heating or hot water. Fixed the problem only for it to break again. It was no trouble for him to come back out again. I have since had him back to fit me a new boiler and fix some pipes and valves. He’s very polite and helpful and nothing is to much trouble when you phone him. Would highly recommend HPS heating and plumbing.

I have used HPS over the last couple of months for a renovation project I’m having done. So far they’ve replaced majority of heating system including rerouting piping and fitting 10 new designer radiators throughout the house, carried out boiler check and repair, installed smart heating system and installed complete new plumbing for an additional utility room and WC. Next they will be carrying our extensive plumbing and gas works for installation of a new kitchen and bathroom.

We initially used HPS to carry out a boiler survey in the new house we had purchased. Good communication and clarity around pricing was appreciated. We then asked for a quote to install a couple of new radiators and do some pipe work in the kitchen in preparation for a new kitchen install. All of this was carried out in a timely fashion and without any issues. Stevie was flexible in approach and nothing was too much trouble.
