GL Lock and Safe Ltd came took my call en route to another job and gave me clear details of the cost and the time it would take them to get with me (Friday 9.30 at night locked out!)
They kept in contact with me letting me know their ETA and when they arrived were friendly and talked me through all the options. It was a tough job (CHUBB lock) and were really helpful in providing a replacement CHUBB lock.
GL Lock and Safe Ltd are fantastic, really professional and friendly and clear on pricing.

I needed 3 locks changed. One of them had to be drilled out as I didn't have key. I contacted Gary and he was at my property that day. Very polite and professional. It took him no time at all to get job done.

Gary came out on a weekend for a very reasonable price. When the bit needing replaced wasn’t available he promptly ordered it and came back a few days later when it was in stock to finish the job. He was extremely clean, tidy and well presented. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing a locksmith. Fantastic job all round and great guy

I had Gary Leslie assist me when my key broke and I couldn't unlock my door. He was with me, accessed my property and had the lock changed in no time & done a great job! Gary was so helpful & friendly. Couldn't speak Highly enough of him and recommend him!

Got accidentally locked in my flat with no key to get out to get to my work as a nurse. I phoned Gary and he was quick in coming to my rescue and got me out within the hour. Friendly and excellent service!! Would defo recommend and can’t thank him enough

Gary went over and beyond the expectations of a locksmith. The door was opened in record time with no damage to the property. His call out charge was as expected. Local business for local people! Thanks. Once inside the locked property, Gary was efficient, friendly, helpful and professional. He was kind and considerate when helping to assist an elderly aunt, over and beyond the expectations of his job remit. I will be forever grateful.

I Was locked out my house after losing my keys on a night out, with no access to a spare key early hours of the morning I called GL Lock and Safe , he helped me gain entry back into my house without need of replacing the lock, was back in my house within 30 minutes of making the call, Fast , Fairly priced & very professional would definitely reccomend.

My handle wouldn't work on my door therefore I couldn't lock my door or leave my home and I had a very important medical appointment that day that I absolutely couldn't miss I called Gary and explained my situation he came promptly fixed the problem and was professional kind and friendly and excellent value compared to previous lock smiths I have used in the past and due to Gary's prompt attendance I managed to make my appointment too I would have no hesitation in recommending this business thank you so much
