We needed some new windows .A friend recommended cruickshanks. Lauren +team couldn't have been any more helpful customer service was excellent. Delivery time was exactly as they said. Overall a 20/10 from us
Infact we are using them again as we have decided on new doors as well

We obtained 3 quotes for replacing two double glazing units which varied substantially. We chose Cruickshanks mainly because the young ladies in the office were helpful and the man who came round to give a quote was knowledgeable. We are very happy with the work carried out and quality of product. The young man who did the installation was efficient and cheerful. What more can you ask for? We would definitely recommend Cruickshanks and use them again if need be.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly service and staff with a positive attitude which is sadly lacking from some other trades and services.
Replacement window glass units were measured, manufactured, supplied and fitted without fuss and at a very competitive price. It was also done very quickly at each stage of the process.

From first contact to completion of the work I found Cruickshank Glaziers to be of the highest standard in all respects.
The office staff, Lauren and Lisa are most pleasant to speak to and are extremely helpful.
The fitters are professional, skilled and very polite and friendly.
The work was carried out in a short timescale and the pricing was very reasonable.
Unfortunately we did had a little problem, which happens at the best of times. However, they sorted out the problem very quickly. It is one of the best after sales experiences I have ever had and I highly recommend Cruikshank Glaziers to anyone needing double glazing work carried out.

The front of house girls on reception, Lauren and Rebecca, were excellent. Their customer service skills were apparent the minute you walk through the door. Very cheerful and wiling to help. I needed a new sealed unit which was ready within 2 days. I also asked if this could be fitted into the frame and the workshop obliged with no hesitation, great service.

From the first phone call to the completion of the work I received nothing but very professional, reliable and extremely honest service.
I had had a quote of £1300.00 for a replacement double glazed window with frame which had 'fogged up'.
Cruikshanks advised me that there was nothing wrong with the frame and fitted new safety glass for £120.00!!
I am Iwell in my seventies and live on my own,it was a pleasure to deal with a company that didn't take advantage of this.
