So having cracked the inside pane of a double glazed unit, i called up and an engineer was dispatched to me to measure up the window. I got the quote the following morning which was very reasonable! This was for the manufacture and installation of the new unit. We arranged an appointment for the following week to have the unit installed. The boys arrived on time and had the job completed to the highest of standards within 45 minutes. It was a real pleasure to used their services and I would recommend them to anyone!

I had three toughened glass shelves made to my dimensions. When they arrived they were exactly manufactured to my specifications. Your staff were very helpful, courteous and happy to help. I would recommend this company for anything glass orientated.

I had a cracked, misted double glazed unit. Used trusted trader app and left a message with 3 companies. You contacted me the next morning and arranged for an engineer visit the following day. This happened as arranged and received a quote the same evening which I accepted. I was told the likely timescale when the work would be carried out. I was telephoned around a week later and given the date the work would be carried out. The work was done as arranged, the workmen were very helpful and the room was left the way it was. I then phoned the office and paid the bill. I am more than satisfied with the entire process for which I thank you very much.

We obtained 3 quotes for replacing two double glazing units which varied substantially. We chose Cruickshanks mainly because the young ladies in the office were helpful and the man who came round to give a quote was knowledgeable. We are very happy with the work carried out and quality of product. The young man who did the installation was efficient and cheerful. What more can you ask for? From the first phone call to the completion of the work I received nothing but very professional, reliable and extremely honest service.
I had had a quote of £1300.00 for a replacement double glazed window with frame which had 'fogged up'.
Cruikshanks advised me that there was nothing wrong with the frame and fitted new safety glass for £120.00!!
I am Iwell in my seventies and live on my own,it was a pleasure to deal with a company that didn't take advantage of this.
