We have been a family run business for over 25 years. We provide professional electrical installation, maintenance and inspection services for domestic and commercial customers. We have recently expanded into fife after mainly working in Edinburgh and Lothians.

RCD kept tripping. Relatively simple job I think but massively inconvenient. Quick and effective service meant we got back use of half the flat. Would recommend.

We had a problem with the hall lights at the Guest House, fusebox breaker kept tripping so no lighting for the hallways and lounges.
Fraser carried out checks, found the fault and repaired the fault very quickly.
Amazing service and reasonably priced, would highly recommend Charles A Strachan Electrical contractor Ltd, to all family and friends.

We recently had a full lighting upgrade, emergency lighting fitted and other odd electrical jobs done in our training facility in Pitreavie.
Fraser initially visited to quote the job, due to his reasonable pricing and quick communication and answering of any questions or queries we had, we decided to go with him for the job.
We couldn't be happier with Fraser and Reece, they were both friendly, professional and able to work around us. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any future jobs.

Changing roof lights in the garage, changing socket and changing light switches. Fraser was reliable, on time, good clean working area. Would certainly recommend them and if I required an Electrician again, would not hesitate to use them again.

Electrical issue meant no power and so boiler/hot water were off, called in the morning and Fraser attended later that afternoon, made a temporary repair to get the heating back on then returned the next day to complete the job. Very prompt response at short notice.

We were looking for an extra double plug socket to be installed and an upgrade to our current fire alarm system pending legislation changes in Feb'22.
Initially called for a quote but once agreed they came out the same day and completed the work.
