Recently had iFire come out to install an intruder alarm system due to a spate of break in's in my area. David came out to carry out a site survey and was very knowledgeable and profession. I received my quote the next day and the work was carried out the following week to a very high standard. The installation engineer was professional, friendly and carried out the job with minimal disruption. From start to finish my experience with iFire has been excellent and will be recommending them to my friends and family. Would strongly recommend iFire.

We are in the process of moving our whole portfolio of 23 offices to iFire and I am amazed at the efficiency of the team. Despite the difficulties of COVID these guys have worked round the clock to get our sites seen to. We used to have different contractors in different areas but have now put all of our fire and security services all under the iFire umbrella to look after sites all over Scotland. It’s great to see a family run business able to give such great coverage and still get the personal service! Highly recommend.

I've used several fire and security companies over the years and have never been happy. Recently, I had the good fortune to choose iFire, initially for a smaller intruder alarm installation, and was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently and well the work was done. I then chose to engage them for a larger project on a clients commercial property with a tight timescale and they delivered on time and for a very competitive price despite all the uncertainty in the world due to COVID. Overall a highly professional, timely and quality service from a great team.

We used iFire to install our CCTV, fire alarm & intruder alarm system as part of our renovation to our hotel. They provided a very efficient service and were very professional throughout. They seem to stand out from other companies in Edinburgh as they use a lot higher quality and their knowledge is a lot better which shows in the end result!

Got the house alarm system brought back from the dead after we moved in. They could easily have told me that it needed much more work than it did and I would have believed them. Really straightforward to deal with - friendly, business and reliable. Their engineer came and did the work efficiently and with an excellent briefing , they put in a workaround for a part which had not arrived rather than delaying and I've felt very much in touch the whole time. I'm not easily impressed when it comes to customer service but I was impressed with these guys.
