Was having a boiler repair. Excellent service. Very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a new wireless programmer installed and replaced a thermostatic radiator valve on my heating system. Brian was the engineer who called to carry out the work. He arrived on time and done an excellent job nothing was to much for him. Cleaned up after himself and took the time to show me how to work the new programmer my house is now easier to control at an economical temperature.

The engineer, Brian, was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and costed it so I knew what to expect. The work was carried out as scheduled and I am very pleased with the result. Very good value for money.

Brian from west energy services attended my property recently to diagnose an issue with a faulty boiler system. Within no time at all Brian had the issue resolved and the system has been working as good as new since his visit . Excellent communication from the first point of contact to completion of the job.

West Energy Services responded in minutes to my out-of-hours email following a boiler breakdown in early January. James visited the next day and went out of his way to fix the problem on the same day - it turned out to be the failure of a part covered by warranty from previous work - which James explained transparently and will follow up with the manufacturer at no cost to us. Excellent communication and service - would recommend.

My 83yr old uncle recently got his old boiler replaced after 15yrs of painstaking problems of trying to keep it running however it finally gave up the ghost!… James the engineer that came out to my uncle's house to fit the new boiler was so polite and respectful to me and my uncle. James did a fab job fitting the boiler also cleared any mess as he worked, he supplied my uncle with a carbon monoxide detector too. James filled in all my uncle's details for him for the warranty…. I seriously can’t fault this company at all, and the price was very reasonable too so no complaints just big thanks from my uncle Robert

New boiler fitted
Any new learning issues we had with the system were dealt with immediately.

James replaces a damaged boiler filling loop for us, and also cleansed the system water and added a magnetic filter. The work was very high standard and reasonably prices and James and Sarah were very friendly and helpful the whole time!

Liam and Jude did an excellent job today . They capped my gas supply to my old gas cooker in our kitchen. They were very professional and obviously very competent in carrying out this task .
I would highly recommend West Energy Services and will definitely use their services again .

West Energy Services fixed our LPG boiler when it broke in January. They were really busy but fitted us in quickly, communicated clearly and followed up immediately when the part they had ordered turned out to be broken when it arrived. Overall an excellent reliable and friendly service.

I would have no hesitation in recommending West Energy Services. They are extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. Their response time is fast and they turn up when they say they will and know what they are talking about. I had a replacement hot water tank fitted with new pipe work - they arrived timeously and tidied up after themselves. They also did my annual boiler service and have replaced a cracked pipe under my sink. Keep up the good work James and Sarah!

James and his guys replaced a system bolier with a combi boiler and put in a towel radiator.

They were polite, on time, worked hard and did the job well all at a good price for the work.
James saw to any snagging issues afterwards being fixed too pro-actively.
Been a month since install and had no issues.

My combi boiler was due fo an annual service and had developed a leak. Although he was busy when I rang, James called round later the same day and carried out a repair which allowed me to use the boiler. A time was arranged for a return visit a few days later to replace the worn part and carry out a service. The necessary work was completed satisfactorily and represented good value for money. I am happy to recommend this company and will have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Sensational work from James and the team. In and out as quick as possible with a smile and a friendly attitude. I would 100% recommend.

A team player with honest and valuable advice

James has come to our house to do work for us on two occasions, and both times he's been excellent, great value for money and so reliable. The first time he came round, he serviced our boiler and spotted a fault with it that no other heating engineer had - yet it explained the reason why the pressure had been very gradually decreasing over time. What a great catch! This allowed me to call up Worcester Bosch so they could send someone to repair it over warranty. Whilst they were here, I called up James so he could explain exactly where the problem was, and he was very happy to help! In my eyes, he went above and beyond for us. He also installed our washing machine in a new location from the old one, and the work carried out was fab! Especially as we needed it ASAP and he made the effort to fit us in, despite being super busy. Thank you so much, James!

Fantastic service from West Energy Services. Pleasure to have around the home while the work was getting done. Always informed of exactly what was going on. I had the pump in my boiler replaced and a new toilet/shower fitted.
It was done very speedily but with the highest of quality!!! Seriously knowledgeable guy is James, Would highly recommend this business to anyone and I will for sure be using West Energy Services again in the future if needed.
