Was having a boiler repair. Excellent service. Very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent response to boiler breakdown with a quick call-out, timely communication and clear explanation of work done. Pricing transparent and seemed fair.

Had a new wireless programmer installed and replaced a thermostatic radiator valve on my heating system. Brian was the engineer who called to carry out the work. He arrived on time and done an excellent job nothing was to much for him. Cleaned up after himself and took the time to show me how to work the new programmer my house is now easier to control at an economical temperature.

The engineer, Brian, was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem and costed it so I knew what to expect. The work was carried out as scheduled and I am very pleased with the result. Very good value for money.

Brian from west energy services attended my property recently to diagnose an issue with a faulty boiler system. Within no time at all Brian had the issue resolved and the system has been working as good as new since his visit . Excellent communication from the first point of contact to completion of the job.

West Energy Services responded in minutes to my out-of-hours email following a boiler breakdown in early January. James visited the next day and went out of his way to fix the problem on the same day - it turned out to be the failure of a part covered by warranty from previous work - which James explained transparently and will follow up with the manufacturer at no cost to us. Excellent communication and service - would recommend.

My 83yr old uncle recently got his old boiler replaced after 15yrs of painstaking problems of trying to keep it running however it finally gave up the ghost!… James the engineer that came out to my uncle's house to fit the new boiler was so polite and respectful to me and my uncle. James did a fab job fitting the boiler also cleared any mess as he worked, he supplied my uncle with a carbon monoxide detector too. James filled in all my uncle's details for him for the warranty…. I seriously can’t fault this company at all, and the price was very reasonable too so no complaints just big thanks from my uncle Robert

I have used West energy services for my annual service for my boiler. They turn up when they say. Clean up after themselves.

James and his team replaced a shower, installed a new double oven, serviced and repaired a living-flame fire and fixed a water leak for me.
His workmanship, service and support was absolutely superb from start to finish!

Since getting gin touch with West the regularly service our boiler and check everything is up to safety spec.

New boiler fitted
Any new learning issues we had with the system were dealt with immediately.

James replaces a damaged boiler filling loop for us, and also cleansed the system water and added a magnetic filter. The work was very high standard and reasonably prices and James and Sarah were very friendly and helpful the whole time!

Liam and Jude did an excellent job today . They capped my gas supply to my old gas cooker in our kitchen. They were very professional and obviously very competent in carrying out this task .
I would highly recommend West Energy Services and will definitely use their services again .

West Energy Services have just installed a new combi boiler for us, taking away the old boiler, old attic tank and hot water tank.
