Work involved removal of a redundant and deteriorating chimney and installation of additional vents to loft to prevent condensation.

Straightforward to deal with and did exactly what was agreed. Tradesmen very friendly and helpful. All debris removed without a fuss. Scaffolding erected thoughtfully and safely with no damage to house or garden. Minimal debris falling into loft. Would happily use again.

We have used Tully Roofing for multiple jobs over the past few years and this one, like the others, has been carried out to a high standard.

Communication was good, as had been pre-booked prior to Covid-19 and simply delayed until lockdown eased.

Complete replacement of a third storey flat roof with leak problems. Installation of insulation board and a modern impermeable membrane. Had to take into account existing roof drains, air vents, etc

It was an expensive job but a long term solution and comes with a 10-year guarantee. Peace of mind after years of cheap but ineffective patching. So, I’ve only taken one star off at value for money because others might not be able to afford this level of expense. You get what you pay for in roofers I’ve found. All the other categories are 5 star because:
the job took four days instead of the expected five plus;
the team were all pleasant and courteous, incredibly efficient and unobtrusive (as far as you can be banging boards onto your roof);
explained the entire process as they were going along;
turned up when they said they would and on time every day - unlike others I have used in the past;
tidied up after themselves.
