A masterclass in shower refitting! Theoretically, it would have been possible to repair the shower - the suspect part was still available - but the shower was 20+ years old and I could see that other parts could well go on to fail one after another before too much longer. I was promised the new shower would fit seamlessly into the space occupied by the old one, and so it proved. I can’t speak too highly of the professionalism and knowledge of the engineer/technician who carried out the work or of his care to keep mess to a minimum and then to ensure he cleared away what little there was.

The service on our shower mixer was done professionally and efficiently. The tradesman was very thorough and careful with his work and he was happy to answer questions. I will be recommending Shower Doctor to all those in our residential development. Excellent service and value for money.

We have tried to repair a fault with our shower around the temperature a number of times unsuccessfully. I was told about shower doctor and the repair has been great. They couldnt find the source of the fault at first but worked away until they found it and it was solved. We are very happily having showers now with the correct temperature! Very clean and tidy during and after the work and checked in with us to explain what the issues were.

Shower repair. The problems were comprehensively tackled and the job was completed successfully. A follow up review was carried out and it was confirmed. I am pleased that further visits will be done if there are any problems, though I am confident the work has been well carried out.

Came to fix my shower as it was leaking from the head.
He explained everything that was wrong with it and showed me. He fixed with a part that was needed, cleaned everything up before he left.

Shower was working intermittently and no hot water to my bath. Shower doctor fixed it in under 30 mins for the price of a call-out. Previous plumber had quoted £500. Would definitely recommend Shower Doctor, very professional and knowledgeable - going above and beyond.

Good customer service, knowledgeable shower engineer and efficient. They provided a detailed report on completion of work. I preferred paying by card once the work was completed which was so much easier than waiting for an invoice to arrive and pay by bank transfer (which is what most companies do). Would recommend and will be using this company again in the future

Fixed a failed thermostat on a 20 year-old shower. Came when they said, fixed the fault on that visit and charged me less than the agreed price. Have used them before and will use them again.

My job involved returning my Mira shower to one that could provide a hot shower. For too long the water had been cool/cold. The Shower Doctor were able to attend first thing the following morning after half an hour the job was done and I have had hot showers since. What more could a body ask for!

Our electric shower required to be repaired. The engineer explained the cause of the problem, the resolution options available and cost of these. The shower was then repaired and the replaced parts were left with us. The engineer was friendly, helpful, tidy and very professional. Very happy with the service.

Our shower had stopped working and was leaking badly.
Liam arrived and quickly established the reason for the leak, fitting a new cartridge. He also suggested replacing the shower head, which we readily agreed to. Liam worked quickly and carefully and left the shower area looking spotless. He was pleasant, polite and professional and we would certainly recommend the services of The Shower Doctor to others.

Great job - found the problem, fixed it, and now have a perfectly working shower. Most others would have just replaced - at much more cost. Highly recommend.
