Marc was really helpful with mice in building. On initial visit of the site the inspection was thorough and explained what to look out for & expect in upcoming weeks. Each visit he arrived on time & each visit explained what he was doing & why it is necessary - and was good at putting my mind at ease about them! Much appreciated!

Rat noise heard in property , operative called and laid traps. Returned a week later , no rats found in traps.
The operative turned up as organised and returned when he said he would.

Carpet moth treatment. The company was very quick to respond and gave several options for appointments. Communication regarding the appointments was excellent, and tge appointments were always ontime. The work was carried out quickly with 2 initial treatments and a third follow up, both technicians were pleasant and helpful.

Great service from Tae a Moose. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Initial call to book removal of a potential wasp nest after a allergic reaction to a sting was straightforward. Craig, the specialist who attended property was excellent. He thoroughly checked for live nests and explained wasp behaviours. Highly recommend this service.

Had them come out to look at some wasp nests in our guttering and roof. Guy who came on the first day did not have the ladders to do the roof nest but did treat the gutter one. Follow up visit dealt with the roof nest. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and asked good questions. Treatment reports were sent out promptly alongside the invoice and the rate was very reasonable. Has been over a week now and problem seems to be dealt with.

Arrived promptly the same day to attend to a wasp nest in our loft, explained what he was going to do in a friendly and courteous manner, left no mess. Also offered to return within 2 days if any reoccurrance, there wasn't but reassuring to know. Would definitely recommend.

I was worried that I had a wasp's nest in my attic.Contacted the company at 1530 and had a reply by 1700.Lady on phone was very polite and very helpful.Asked a number of questions to get a good idea of the problem(and possibly save me money) before arranging a visit by a technician for 1230 the following day.Brian arrived bang on time and was very polite and identified the problem immediately(Wasp nest in the roof)He kept me fully informed of the whole process and quickly carried out remedial action.
