Replacement asphalt roofing for flat-roofed, single garage.
Work was delayed due to backlog of other works elsewhere and the prevailing weather conditions. Company was slow to notify us of the job being postponed.
However, we are happy to report that, when the roofers arrived, they worked full-on to complete the new roof within the time frame given. The two men were very courteous and kept the work area tidy over the two and a half days they were there.
The roof has been renewed and sealed to an excellent standard and all in time for Christmas!

Happy with the work completed which was carried out to a good standard and as per the quote (which was competitively priced). There was a few week wait to complete the (non-emergency) work, likely due to the recent storms, but the work was completed efficiently and professionally once done. Communication to let us know when the work would be completed (to arrange to be in for access) was a little limited but they did turn up when they said they would. Overall happy customer.

I wanted to get some minor repairs done to the shower area in my bathroom. Saltire Roofing & Building provided helpful advice, suggested a package of works to be done and completed the works in a timely manner. They were reliable and I was happy with the quality of the work they have delivered. They also encountered one or two additional faults during the works, which they repaired as well. I will definitely be calling them again if I need any other works done to my flat in the future.

roof repair to deal with a leak and make the roof water tight for winter - the workers were great and took photos to show me what needed to be done - worked as long as possible on the first day until it was no longer safe due to the weather and returned early next morning to finish the work - great to find a reliable company and would have no hesitation to recommend you

I would highly recommend Saltire to anyone. Although my job was a relatively small one they were extremely professional and kind from the start which put me at ease as I'd not had any dealings with builders before. I would happily use them again .

Great service from start to finish. I needed a sink to be installed in my WC and other companies would not do it as they said the job was too small or too difficult due to a curved wall.
Saltire got back to me quickly, sent someone out to measure up and give an estimate. They gave clear dates of when they could do the job and arrived at the right time. The guys were really quick, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Final bill also came in less than the estimate. Would highly recommend!
