I am a semi-retired Registered Architect ARB). I now operate in the field of domestic rentals and house/flat conversion works only. I have used Ritchie & Goodwin Ltd for over 10 years on several jobs from the partial rewire (e.g. complete kitchen and shower-room refit) in an Edinburgh Georgian New Town flat and a full kitchen re-fit in a 30 year-old flat in the West End; also for mandatory Electrical Inspection Condition Reports (EICRs) as required plus other miscellaneous works including installation of hard-wired smoke alarms to mandatory standards.
