An excellent job!

We had our front door painted. We are very pleased with the end result and with service provided by Quality decor who were very professional, turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend.

Painting of ceilings, walls, radiators, skirtings, facings, glass doors and bannister/railings in large bedroom, kitchen, utility room, hall, landing and stairs.

From start to finish the work was done very professionally. This started when Rafal came to look at our requirements. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, explaining options for anything we weren't sure about. His estimate of the time to do the job was spot on and the decorators arrived punctually and worked hard every day. We were impressed with the way that Rafal kept in touch with us throughout the week to check that that the job was going to our satisfaction and to address any concerns we might have, even though there were none.

All in all, we were delighted with Quality Decor's service. The standard of work was excellent, carried out by competent, friendly tradesmen. We will highly recommend Quality Decor to our friends and will definitely use them again.

Rafal and his team did an amazing job. We had a leak in one of the rooms, 1 wall needed replacement (new insulation and new plasterboards) and then painting of the whole room. The service provided was excellent, they finish the job earlier than anticipated with attention to details. I would highly recommend Quality decor and we will use them again in the future.

Quality Decor painted the exterior wall of my basement flat. Rafal and his colleague were very friendly and easy to deal with. Rafal was responsive to texts/calls when scheduling a convenient time for the job. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. I am very happy with the quality of the finished paintwork and have no complaints.

Outside paintwork: Eaves, Stonework, Gutters and Downpipes. Raf and Gary thoroughly prepped and repaired the surfaces where required, used quality Primer and did a very professional and neat paint job. The price was very competitive, and they were also punctual, friendly and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommended. I emailed on a Friday and by the following Friday Rafal had completed the job! Painting a bedroom, covering up wallpaper and doing all the woodwork. He did a really excellent job, quickly and mess free. I thought his pricing was very competitive too. I've recommended him to family members, who have been equally delighted and will certainly use Quality Decor for any future painting or decorating jobs.

We contacted Quality Decor after being recommended by my sister. Initially they were to hang one strip of wallpaper, which I had attempted to hang myself in an attempt to fix a damp problem, in one room and to wallpaper and paint our master bedroom, including full length sliding wardrobes. The skirting, windowsill, Edinburgh press and doors were also done. From the moment I made contact I was impressed. I received a very quick response to arrange a visit to provide an estimate for the work completed. This was fair and there was no pressure for us to provide an answer. With my wife due to give birth shortly, the work was arranged very quickly and with absolutely no hassle. At the end of the first of a two day job I was asked to view the repair job to see if I was satisfied, which I was. When I explained that I believed the original damp to have come from the roof, I was told by Rafal that he could take a look at the problem when they returned the next day. At the end of day 1 there was not a single piece of mess left and the house and drive way were spotless. Rafal had even contacted me and offered to go to the shop to by more wallpaper as I had slightly underestimated the amount needed for the master bedroom. At the end of the second day I was very impressed with the completed job. Again the house was spotless, the work had been done to a high standard and the roof gutters had been completely cleaned. Rafal showed me photographs of this but refused to take any payment for doing this job. The final piece of excellent customer service was that he waited at the property until my wife returned to ensure that she was happy with the job. Both of the guys who carried out the work were really warm and friendly. It was almost as if nothing was too much trouble. With a baby on the way Rafal was keen to make sure that the environment was clean, dry and in good condition and it was clear that the company take great pride in their work. I would use again in an instant and would highly recommend to others. An excellent and reliable company.

All painter-work in hall in house and on outside of window surrounds in front of house. The work was done quickly, efficiently, effectively and extremely satisfactorily and I was delighted with the results. They were very pleasant and it was really a pleasure to have them do the work. They removed pictures and articles carefully, protected fitted carpet and replaced articles and pictures once the work was done and left the place completelytidy and fresh with absolutely no mess. A job well done!

Excellent communication when providing a quote with no pressure to go ahead. The work was undertaken in a professional and courteous way - no sign anyone had been in the garden apart from our glossy neatly painted gutters and downpipes. Very happy with the work completed.

Rafal could not have been more attentive and helpful. His inspection, quotation and decorative work were all carried out promptly and to a high standard keeping us up to date with photographs when we were unable to attend and obtaining specialist quotes where requested. The site was left clean and clear. Could not have been easier for us. Recommended.
