Emergency work on roof to make it water tight. Having tried many many avenues to get someone out to repair the holes in my roof and stop water running, I contacted Pentland Roofing and they were amazing they made extra effort to come out that day in horrible conditions and cover the holes in my roof to prevent any further damage. I cannot do enough to praise this company and the team that came out. Thank you

New roof: Pentland Roofing have done an excellent job. They were recommended to me by another roofing company who said job was too big for them. After my initial contact to quote for the job, they arrived on time talked it all through with me and sent through costings very quickly. Work completed much quicker than estimated as team of people working on project and worked right through a very hot spell. Came out on a Sunday to check everything secure when a storm predicted - really impressed with that. Good communication throughout. Highly recommend them if you need roof repairs.

We were impressed with the work undertaken by Pentland Roofing at a nearby property and as a consequence enlisted them to carry out similar work on our roof. The team were very efficient and professional and identified unforeseen additional work which necessitated replacing the roof sarking. It was evident that the team were very conscientious before, during and after the work ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction from tile selection to removal of waste.

Experience of Pentland Roofing was excellent. I have already recommended them to a friend, and would certainly use them again.

This piece of work was for a completely re-tiled roof (clay pantiles), new lead work on roof, new PVC fascia and soffits on dormers together with new water proofed roofs on the two large dormers. Also renewal of cast iron gutters. It took four weeks.

Due to size of contract, this piece of work was carefully tendered, with assistance of a builder. Pentland Roofing had the clearest, most understandable tender which best matched the specification given. From this, I believed that they had the capability to deliver what they were tendering for, and this proved to be correct.

Communication with Ross and Dean Strang was always good. They also have an excellent team (6 people) and we particularly commend the work of the main tiler on the job, Kris. Everybody on the team was unfailingly polite and hard working.

From the outset, they were reliable and delivered what they said they would do, on time. I agreed a couple of extras with them as the job progressed, and this was not a difficult process. They delivered the job on time, and precisely in line with the quote.

The job was not cheap but I believe was good value for money because I wanted everything to be done properly and to a high specification. I think the price was fair, and am glad that I did not go for a cheaper alternative. The new roof comes with a 25 year guarantee.

I had the roof externally checked before paying the final element of the bill, and the report back was first class.

In short, I believe that it was a good job, well done.

We contacted Pentland Roofing to get an estimate to clean and fix gutters and drainpipes whilst at the same time to repoint the roof, plugging gaps where wasps were gaining access to the attic.
Pentland Roofing were very punctual in arranging , attending and thereafter issuing a very reasonable estimate.
We arranged for the work to be carried out which it was to a very high standard. The team were punctual, smartly dressed and carried the work out to a high standard. They also ensured all rubbish was tidied at the end of the job.
