Mark Brock Building Company Ltd

Mark done a job for us earlier this year and we were very pleased with the result. The building work was completed exactly as promised and was finished on time too. The price was very reasonable for the work we had done and we couldn't find any fault. We recommend Mark for his work and friendly attitude too.

Mark added an extension to our property and I honestly couldn’t recommend Mark highly enough, and I would 100% ask for his help again in the future.

From the very beginning, Mark’s experience and knowledge were invaluable. He has a real ability to look at a project, quickly understand what is achievable, what is going to be cost-effective, and how long things should realistically take. What I really appreciated was that he always gave us an honest opinion, whether that meant something would cost more or, importantly, less. You always felt that he were giving advice based on what was genuinely best for the project, rather than simply trying to increase the work involved.

Mark is reliable, realistic, incredibly knowledgeable and, above all, honest. You know where you stand with him, and that gives you a huge amount of confidence when you’re dealing with a building project.

Our build progressed incredibly quickly once Mark got involved. He was able to coordinate with the other trades and keep everything moving, which made a massive difference. When you’re undertaking a build that leaves parts of your home exposed to the elements, keeping delays to an absolute minimum is invaluable, we really appreciated how efficiently everything was managed.

More than anything, Mark gave us confidence throughout the process. Building work can be stressful and unpredictable, but having someone experienced, practical and honest in your corner makes such a difference.

I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone considering a building project. If you’re looking for someone you can trust to give you honest advice, keep things moving and do things properly, you’d be in very good hands with Mark.

Mark was recommended to us and responded quickly to our enquiry.
We needed a couple of chimney stacks repaired and painted, and a tile that had been blown off in a storm replaced.
He came within a couple of days and did a good job. We would certainly recommend Mark.

I would 100% recommend, and ask for Mark’s help in future. Mark’s experience is invaluable, he can quickly assess what is cost effective, what is achievable, and how long it should take. All of this is provided by Mark regardless of whether it will be more, or indeed less cost involved. Mark is reliable, realistic, and even more importantly honest! Our building was quick, as once Mark got started, he was able to co-ordinate with other trades to minimise delay, which is invaluable if you have a build that exposes you to the elements. (I’ve seen some builds progress months behind where we were at the same stage!). Rest assured you’d be in good hands if you enlist Mark’s help!

We have been working with Mark Brock builders for the last 15+ years and he always leaves an excellent job . Very knowledgeable and efficient at what he does.

Mark added an extension to our house after first taking down an existing conservatory. The job was completed on time and on budget and all work was completed to a very high standard. We have used Mark for various building works, most recently the removal of a conservatory, installation of French doors and restoration of a garden wall. Work was completed to a high standard, on time, in line with quote. We were delighted with the work, in particular how careful the team were to look after the external stonework and the overall look of the completed project. Mark also has an excellent network of tradespeople to call on and to introduce, all of whom have been great. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Mark and his team. Mark delivered exactly what he said he would, to the timeframe and costs agreed.

Have used Mark quite a few times going back to 2005. Previous work includes two extensions, garage conversion and flat alterations at previous addresses . Always great service and jobs are completed quickly and to a high standard. Currently planning on a double garage conversion at new home and will be using Mark again.
