All of this is provided by Mark regardless of whether it will be more, or indeed less cost involved. Mark is reliable, realistic, and even more importantly honest! Our building was quick, as once Mark got started, he was able to co-ordinate with other trades to minimise delay, which is invaluable if you have a build that exposes you to the elements. (I’ve seen some builds progress months behind where we were at the same stage!). Rest assured you’d be in good hands if you enlist Mark’s help!
