I had new wash hand basin taps fitted in the bathroom which I am delighted with!
I now have a good flow of water from both taps,making life so much easier.
Previously MHPS Property Services also fitted a new kitchen tap which I'm also delighted with as the old ones were well past their best. Colin also fitted a new cold water hose to my old washing machine, which had been flooding and now working perfectly! I find Colin excellent at his job, he comes when he says he willl and keeps me informed of what time he will arrive. A very pleasant man who knows his stuff and I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin to others. Colin also observed all Coronavirus restrictions.

We had an awkward to reach failure of one cistern and a float switch problem on another. Colin at MHPS arrived promptly on the day he said he would. He identified a problem with the original installation that we hadn't spotted but found a single solution for both problems, and the part needed locally. In fact it all worked better after the repair than it had before it broke down. He also sorted the float switch problem easily with a quick adjustment. Everything was tidied up at the end too. Colin was calm, helpful, patient, considerate and pleasant throughout, is knoweldgabe and cares about the work he does. Although we know MHPS is very busy, he didn't cut corners to save time and even allowed me to ask some questions about other bits of the house with a view to anticipated future work. The invoice arrived by email and was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to call MHPS again and happily recommend them.

I wanted a change for my bedroom after living with the same style for a few years.
MHPS completely transformed my bedroom with a shiplap feature wall which is stunning to look at. A complete re painting of all other walls including the woodwork and doors, new dark nickel sockets and switches with usb's which are just great.
I can honestly say I never though my room could look this great, I am so pleased and can't thank Colin and Co. for there wonderful work. (the photo attached is taken mid way through project)
