He talked me through the process and made a brilliant job of it. I would highly recommend this company as the level of service was exceptional.

After the freeze last week I was left with a burst pipe in the attic. I found MHPS Property Services on your site. I contacted MHPS and within 2/3 hours they had called at the house, reviewed and replaced the damaged pipe. Solving all my problems speedily, efficiently and professionally. At all times any communication with myself was polite and respectful. I will recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Excellent service.

Had a leak in my loft which I didn't discover until late Friday afternoon when water started dripping through the lounge ceiling from the loft. Tried many different plumbers but Colin from MHPS was the only one to respond. Although he couldn't come out that evening he suggested I turned the water off at the mains and phone him the following morning if I hadn't managed to find another plumber in the meantime. With no success I contacted Colin on the Saturday morning. He was on another job but promised to come out after he finished. He let me know about the cost (which was very reasonable especially as it was out of normal hours). Colin came out early afternoon and fixed the leak. Very tidy and efficient job, completed in less than an hour. Diagnosis - a mouse had eaten through some plastic piping installed by someone else. I will definitely be using MHPS again.

Outside light supplied+ fitted ; replacement cooker hood supplied + installed, shower resealed.

Good communication, gave useful advice on this and other potential
work, arrived punctually , worked quietly, did a really good job and cleared up after.

Cost was as estimated.

Needed issue with recessed toilet cistern sorted. Emailed to ask for someone to contact me. Prompt reply asked for photos came next day. Needed to order new part arranged to come back . Came at times they said they would and fixed issue. A company very professional in their approach and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Replacement of broken timer for Ideal boiler.
The trader was efficient in giving a date and time for arrival...brought the correct timer (failed by previous tradesmen) and carried out the work efficiently. Also very helpful in talking us through steps for time settings changes.

Colin installed shower and repaired WC, he came when he agreed, carried out an excellent job in a polite and professional manner. I would not hesitate to use his service again. We had new smoke alarms fitted which are now compulsory. Mhps had an 10% offer which had just finished but they very kindly gave us this discount anyway which was great and really appreciated.

My bathroom extractor broke down and needed completely replaced. I was very happy with the service I received. Colin who done the work, purchased my new extractor and fitted it which did not take long at all to install. I was very satisfied with the cost of the job including the price of the new extractor. I would recommend using MHPS services as I will be for any future work I require.

I am currently recovering from COVID19 and had issues with electrics just before New Year, Colin did not hesitate to come to my help and quickly resolve the issue.

I cannot recommend MHPS strongly enough, service is second to none and colin is friendly and takes time to explain what's needed.

I had new wash hand basin taps fitted in the bathroom which I am delighted with!
I now have a good flow of water from both taps,making life so much easier.

Previously MHPS Property Services also fitted a new kitchen tap which I'm also delighted with as the old ones were well past their best. Colin also fitted a new cold water hose to my old washing machine, which had been flooding and now working perfectly! I find Colin excellent at his job, he comes when he says he willl and keeps me informed of what time he will arrive. A very pleasant man who knows his stuff and I would have no hesitation in recommending Colin to others. Colin also observed all Coronavirus restrictions.

We had an awkward to reach failure of one cistern and a float switch problem on another. Colin at MHPS arrived promptly on the day he said he would. He identified a problem with the original installation that we hadn't spotted but found a single solution for both problems, and the part needed locally. In fact it all worked better after the repair than it had before it broke down. He also sorted the float switch problem easily with a quick adjustment. Everything was tidied up at the end too. Colin was calm, helpful, patient, considerate and pleasant throughout, is knoweldgabe and cares about the work he does. Although we know MHPS is very busy, he didn't cut corners to save time and even allowed me to ask some questions about other bits of the house with a view to anticipated future work. The invoice arrived by email and was very reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to call MHPS again and happily recommend them.

I wanted a change for my bedroom after living with the same style for a few years.

MHPS completely transformed my bedroom with a shiplap feature wall which is stunning to look at. A complete re painting of all other walls including the woodwork and doors, new dark nickel sockets and switches with usb's which are just great.

I can honestly say I never though my room could look this great, I am so pleased and can't thank Colin and Co. for there wonderful work. (the photo attached is taken mid way through project)
